What do you like best about Demandbase One?

In a single click I can get information like address, phone, industry, description, revenue of a company & all the information are accurate. The best thing I like about InsideView is, it provides a precise & correct description of the company which helps me to know about the prospect company, & I prefer this over the company's own description given on "about us" web page, because it provides the overview which includes company,s business/services, establishment, location (overseas as well) & many more in a paragraph only. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Sometimes I feel there are less number of contacts/people available on InsideView especially from HR, Finance & Legal department, apart from this everything is simple & good. Also, few years back, there was an option through which I can raise a request to update new contact information over a wrong contact just by clicking over it, but now that option is missing. What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I am working in marketing department to provide good prospect companies to our sales team, especially from US, InsideView is a very good source to keep track of information of any company from US even if the company is established in last 1 year. The latest news about the company shared in the top right corner is also helpful to know about the growth plans of the prospect company. One of the great help I am getting from Demandbase is its insights, which are so segregated for Accounts I should reach out to, Accounts that have more engagement, Accounts in different buying stages, and so on all with the leverage of using AI. The Lead-to-Account Matching engine, while useful, is not always intuitive, making it difficult to ensure consistently high data quality in lead-to-account associations. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in data updates, impacting real-time decision-making. Another drawback is the inability to delete old lists that have been used in advertising campaigns, leading to unnecessary clutter and potential confusion over time. In order:

1) The support the technical and customer managers are genuinely invested in your success - and help you get the most out of the platform to meet your ABM goals. And they are all smart and talented and know how to market

2) They listen to their customers - they deliver what you had asked for vs. pushing irrelevant bells and whistles

3) They don't oversell intent for ABM.

4) They aren't pushy. They don't try to upsell you new features in every. single. call.

From a marketer's standpoint, it allows us to understand which users are most engaged, which accounts are showing intent - providing a framework for 1:1 account syncs with sales.

Orchestration and audience management is simple to use, allowing marketers to build audiences for several campaign workflows and ensure users are being touched at the right time, with the right message. The LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, and next, Google, integrations help sync audiences with their appropriate campaigns and remove the need for direct to publisher uploads. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Adoption is ridiculously low across sellers, and we often hear that the amount of data is overwhelming. Engagement minutes, intent data, etc. aren't always well-accepted criteria for sellers that are managing large Enterprise accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Connectivity with sales - through our 1:1 account syncs, we've built a stronger relationship by helping the sales team realize their goals and hit their numbers. The dashboard provides a roadmap for which accounts/users to focus on in any given time.

What do you like best about Demandbase One?

Demandbase One is instrumental in our go-to-market strategy, specifically when it comes to our customer lifecycle. The platform allows us to use data and insights we would otherwise not have to better orchestrate and personalize our approach, leverage what works, focus our intentions, adapt and optimize the work we do and the money we spend. We have an amazing team we work with on the Demandbase side consistently that is dedicated and truly cares -- and is a huge piece of the positive partnership we have with the platform.

I am a fairly new user of Demandbase One and recently completed the trainings - it is AMAZING that those are offered and they really helped me get a general understanding before diving into usage. The platform is intuitive, easy to understand, easy to navigate and customer friendly which I cannot say for other platforms and software we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

I think the only downside I have seen or potential downside is just that Demandbase One has SO many applications and possibilities that you have to really drill down into what it is that we specifically need and what really helps us big picture RIGHT NOW... we COULD do so much with the platform and future-state, but navigating what actually serves us currently is important.

I wouldn't say it's a dislike... and also plays into the Demandbase team constantly assisting us in guidance and suggestions as they know the ins and outs better than we do and can help navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meeting our customers where they are in their journey stages and positioning the right product/offering to them at the right time. We are able to ensure the correct people at the correct companies in the correct phase of the buying process are served what they need to see based on data-driven intelligence gathered and deployed within Demandbase One. This benefits us by allowing us to gain insight and adapt/optimize our approach to make sure our advertising dollars are going where they should be going and allows us to make more informed decisions in EVERY step of our process. What do you like best about Demandbase One?

The technology itself is really impressive, but I believe the way the platform was built is what makes it truly amazing. As marketers, we all know that at the end of the day, other vendors offer similar solutions with intent data, campaign orchestration, etc. What sets DemandBase apart is the way it does all of that. It's easy to use and customize, easy to turn relevant data into actions, and easy to analyze data using specific filters, etc. Overall, DemandBase makes it really easy to pilot a true ABM strategy—without all the 'clunkiness' of other platforms. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

So far, the only downside is the way we are paying for paid advertising. Without projecting spend for the whole quarter or even the year, we need to keep requesting specific IOs every time we are running out of money. Demandbase allows our team to effectively build out ABM campaigns with speed and scale that is unique to other DSPs. There is a bit of a learning curve with Demandbase due to the volume of options available to you. Also a bit of a downside is that it is an account tool so it's harder to see individual activity, but that is to be expected based on the entire premise of ABM.
