In a single click I can get information like address, phone, industry, description, revenue of a company & all the information are accurate. The best thing I like about InsideView is, it provides a precise & correct description of the company which helps me to know about the prospect company, & I prefer this over the company's own description given on "about us" web page, because it provides the overview which includes company,s business/services, establishment, location (overseas as well) & many more in a paragraph only. Sometimes I feel there are less number of contacts/people available on InsideView especially from HR, Finance & Legal department, apart from this everything is simple & good. Also, few years back, there was an option through which I can raise a request to update new contact information over a wrong contact just by clicking over it, but now that option is missing. The platform could benefit from greater flexibility in adapting to specific company needs, as some customization options feel limited. The Lead-to-Account Matching engine, while useful, is not always intuitive, making it difficult to ensure consistently high data quality in lead-to-account associations. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in data updates, impacting real-time decision-making. Another drawback is the inability to delete old lists that have been used in advertising campaigns, leading to unnecessary clutter and potential confusion over time. 1) The support the technical and customer managers are genuinely invested in your success - and help you get the most out of the platform to meet your ABM goals. And they are all smart and talented and know how to market
2) They listen to their customers - they deliver what you had asked for vs. pushing irrelevant bells and whistles
3) They don't oversell intent for ABM.
4) They aren't pushy. They don't try to upsell you new features in every. single. call.

From a marketer's standpoint, it allows us to understand which users are most engaged, which accounts are showing intent - providing a framework for 1:1 account syncs with sales.
Orchestration and audience management is simple to use, allowing marketers to build audiences for several campaign workflows and ensure users are being touched at the right time, with the right message. The LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, and next, Google, integrations help sync audiences with their appropriate campaigns and remove the need for direct to publisher uploads. We have an amazing team we work with on the Demandbase side consistently that is dedicated and truly cares -- and is a huge piece of the positive partnership we have with the platform.
I am a fairly new user of Demandbase One and recently completed the trainings - it is AMAZING that those are offered and they really helped me get a general understanding before diving into usage. I think the only downside I have seen or potential downside is just that Demandbase One has SO many applications and possibilities that you have to really drill down into what it is that we specifically need and what really helps us big picture RIGHT NOW... we COULD do so much with the platform and future-state, but navigating what actually serves us currently is important.

The technology itself is really impressive, but I believe the way the platform was built is what makes it truly amazing. As marketers, we all know that at the end of the day, other vendors offer similar solutions with intent data, campaign orchestration, etc. What sets DemandBase apart is the way it does all of that. It's easy to use and customize, easy to turn relevant data into actions, and easy to analyze data using specific filters, etc. Overall, DemandBase makes it really easy to pilot a true ABM strategy—without all the 'clunkiness' of other platforms. So far, the only downside is the way we are paying for paid advertising. Without projecting spend for the whole quarter or even the year, we need to keep requesting specific IOs every time we are running out of money.
