Being able to score calls among peers or have feedback given is such a helpful way to level up and this is done so easily in Gong. The UI is easy enough follow and the searching is fluid. Sometimes it does take awhile for calls to show up in Gong. I assume this is due to the thoroughness of the analyzations but still, if this process was sped up it would be a bit more helpful. I like that it takes care of all I would have to do during a call; I can just focus on the audience's questions and points. As a CSM, the knowledge that my calls are being recorded and I can refer back to them at anytime is a huge safety net. Whether I am collecting a feature request, looking into a customer issue, or gathering customer quotes, I can always refer back to the recording to hear exactly what the customer says.
