What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I like how leads and the contact Numbers on Zoominfo are accurate and mostly not fake compared to other Softwares B2B contact Data. I like how easy to implement it is. What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us generate sales lead and export data, helps us fetch contact details and email IDs of the folks who are concerned to our work and can be reached out to using the medium of the data which zoominfo provides. the auto call dailer has also helped in directly calling the stakeholders who's data is available online. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo Sales provided a much-needed insight into our service market buyer intent search activity and the key decision makers in those organizations. I typically use this program daily, and it is always open in my browser. It integrated well into our Hubspot CRM and Outlook email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

I have no dislikes about ZoomInfo Sales. I like all the info it gives me that I don't see any other way to get. It consequently has a lot of complexity and takes time to fully utilize all the features. Fortunately, the Client Onboarding Team assigned to me did a very good job of understanding the unusual aspects of our business and helping me set everything up to fit our needs, and the Client University helps me learn best practices to apply all these features. Any limitations seem to be in the learning 'how to' use the program. Not the program and the underlying data itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me identify and qualify unknown prospective organizations, identify decision-makers for our services, and then the AI tool creates unique, well-crafted introduction messages specific to any of 12 different service offerings that prospects are researching.

The second major value for me is in monitoring my large list of target prospects for relevant intent searches, since I had no visibility into their readiness to purchase our services without ZoomInfo Sales and would have had to resort to blind cold calls. It also provided key decision-makers in those organizations for my prospecting efforts.

The third benefit for me was 'websights' -- reports on organizations that had visited our website and details of their activity. We had no tool for this, and it was a bonus that ZoomInfo offered that insight as well. For contacts already in our CRM, I understand that it will now also indicate who visited our website. That will be a nice addition, but I have not benefited from it yet.

Integration with our HubSpot CRM was seamless, and I had no issues with that. ZoomInfo has been key in adding the correct contacts into Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The ease of set up and learning a new tool, with an amazing onboarding process and support, was the start to my appreciation for this tool. Then being able to use it on a daily basis as part of my personalized sales process made so much of my prospecting easier to not only do itself, but to document and follow up. The ability to sync with our CRM and have that seamless implementation from the very start let me work as I learned. Now I can't imagine not having it to use. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The Zoominfo team has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality and onboarding support. The best features of the platform so far include being able to see which companies are visiting key pages on our website, being able to update our existing CRM database and automating our go to market business development strategies.

The sales process was top notch (we strive to emulate it ourselves) and the onboarding process helped our team maximize the value from the platform.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

It helps me create tags for my CRM leads or leads from LinkedIn and get their contact details.

Highly appreciate their intent and websight feature I use them daily help me get warm contacts.

It can easily integrate with your website to get websights data and is easy to implement with my team.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo Sales with Copilot gives our sales directors the information they need for their targeted accounts so they reach out at the right time to the right people. I'm very impressed with how useful it is, as opposed to other AI products whose marketing far exceeds their capabilities. ZoomInfo has broadened its scope, making it an easier product to use for both admins and sales. I was especially impressed with their onboarding process - it was thorough and well-communicated. Finding the right target accounts is always a challenge, and ZoomInfo has solid industry and contact data to help us find the right accounts. Once identified for each sales director, CoPilot tells them every day which of their target accounts is showing intent, helping them decide when it's time to reach out and what's the best message. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I highly recommend ZoomInfo Sales, as they have been extremely thorough in their approach to onboarding and training. The information we receive through WebSights and Intent is so valuable. We are equally impressed by the exceptional customer service we've received. Our dedicated representative, Randi, is responsive and goes above and beyond to address our queries and concerns.
