Nowadays not everyone has Microsoft teams or Zoom other payeble official platform account. But almost everyone has a gmail account. It makes me easier to communicate online meeting. What I miss is a more complete corporate environment. For example, when I used Microsoft Teams, I liked that every video call created a chat thread that remained available afterward. This made it easy to keep track of shared links, comments, or decisions discussed during the call. The inclusion of the product in a Google Workspace helps round out the package to support all business needs (i.e. video calling, document collaboration etc). It is also useful with the integration of external tools, such as Confluence/Miro, that enable real-time collaboration with attendees of a Google Meet via Activities. One of the things that I can say.I like about Google meet is how easy makes to understand accents from different regions. Using captions like I can use caption to see what they are saying. Apart from that, there's also a noise reduction feature that I have used .It is very good when the environment is noisy, so yeah, those are the features I think I can say I like the most. Sometimes I think having a record persistent chat history would be good. I send the chat and when the meeting end. I'm not able to see chat but if there was a way I could get those chats over mail or send it to all the participants of the meeting. It would have been great also about video quality when it tries to compensate for low lighting or drop the video quality I hope they fix it . That is everything that I think they can improve about. It's pretty easy to use. The features are mostly self explanatory. I like the fact that it integrates so well with the Google suite. I use it around 5-10 times a week. If you just start at the top and work your way down, you'll implement it within a few minutes. I also like that it lets me know if the person is out of my network. It can be a little odd trying to share your various links to your calendar. It takes a few times of realizing that you are sharing a link for either that day or future days. There's a few sub menu pieces that you can miss if you aren't paying attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-We always use it for meetings, quick chat during shifts. It is pretty easy to use, links are short and meetings are easily integrated into your calendar.

-hand raising, emojis reactions, presentations(share screen) are really convenient for collaboration

-I never encountered needing to contact their customer support team because I never experienced technical issues
