Whatfix is an amazing company to partner with and stands out across our company as a vendor that is a true partner who is always at our side for support, to improve, to ideate with, and is trusted to work with us for the greater good of our company and our success. They are constantly evolving their product for performance and value. Whatfix cares to take feedback and work actionably on it, even the slightest improvement is considered and applied. I am not sure I have ever worked with a vendor that not only expresses concern for our product needs and results, but efficiently...very efficiently, works to quickly resolve technical issues and ensure our needs are met. The onboarding support from Whatfix was above and beyond. I’ve had challenging experiences rolling out new platforms before, but this time I felt genuinely supported. Very easy to configure content, add other content writers and quick implementation. Whatfix has a easy to understand training sessions and written instructions. Whatfix has eliminated the need for me to write end user job aids and email communication, using Whatfix for all the end user communication and system awareness.
