The fact that Boss Mode exists is also ridciulous so you can parallel dial and have the AI choose how many numbers to dial at once by how likely they are to pick up. I use this feature every day all day.

Honestly, everything. One day I was cold called by this company, right around the time I was trying to solve an issue with calling as my reps are in India and most dialers stopped permitting India numbers from calling out to other countries due to regulation changes. Needless to say I didn't have high hopes when I spoke with them as I had been shut down by multiple vendors when that requirement came up. But, they could help I was assured (spoiler alert - they were able to help and honestly it's been night and day since). We went through a demo of the solution and joined the Salesfinity family shortly thereafter. Since locking arms with this company my reps are killing it. The conversations have skyrocketed, meetings are being booked and we are beginning to see our new outbound function take shape. I really like the data enrichment capabilities, research panel, the parallel dialer, and the support we have received from their team (Our CSM Oubay is THE best!!) Fast Bridge time on parralel dialing (this can be a big issue, if there is a large delay between when the prospect answers and when you connect it can lead to awkward calls or them hanging up)

Salesfinity is an amazing software that works seamlessly. As someone who has tried other parallel dialers (such as Orum), I would choose Salesfinity. You can toggle between your contacts before they answer and see all of their information and company information which makes it extremely helpful for when they answer so you're not going into the call blind like you are in other dialers. There's alot alot of little details the team thoughtfully considered in making Salesfinity a banger of a software.
Lower latency between dial and pick up with parallel dialing, strong HubSpot integration, phone number monitoring, number swapping, no two-way "beep" when a call connects, easy-to-understand analytics page.... the list goes on.
It just feels much more intuitive than the other competitors - and they don't lock you up in annual contracts.
The founder is also really quick with customer support and replies. If you have a question, he has an answer.

I like how smooth and fast it makes dialing. Even if I was only able to dial one number at a time, it would be a better experience than my original one. Plus, they have great customer support.
