The thing I like best about nook is that it makes calling through a list of of potential prospects, a lot more seamless fast and efficient. The outbound call tracking is a game changer as opposed to manually keeping track of your dials. The Auto-Dialer is helpful for calling multiple prospects at once. The virtual workspace is makes it convenient to use with other teammates and hold yourself accountable during calling.
