What do you like best about Salesfinity?
The ability to get more live connections is very helpful. With 5 lines in parallel we can move faster. I made 9 connections in my first 40 minutes of using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Salesfinity?
There is a need to do some list hygeine and enrichment in order to be able to put a list of direct dial numbers into the Salesfinity dialer.

The Dialer interface can use some upgrading, its not super apparent at first what contact I should focus on when a call is connected. Also when selecting from a dropdown to log call results, it tends to incorrectly create two activities in Hubspot. Example: Left voicemail will logged twice for one call.
