What do you like best about Instantly?

When it's working (which doesn't seem often), it's a great platform to send cold emails. Their warm-up process seems to keep the emails out of spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time. The email accounts stopped functioning, which means no emails are being sent — yet I’m still being charged.

Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It takes 12+ hours to get a reply, and you’re stuck dealing with what seems to be AI bots rather than a real person. After nearly two weeks of no email activity, they've acknowledged the issue and said they needed to replace the inboxes and restart the warm-up process — which takes another 2–4 weeks. But even now, the new inboxes haven’t been set up.

Given how essential deliverability and uptime are for cold outreach, this level of support and system failure is unacceptable. I’d recommend choosing a platform with a more reliable infrastructure and responsive human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many templates and the platform guides you beautifully through the process of creating emails to send to clients. The system integrates with my booking system (& website) which allows me to collect client information more easily. I don't use CC as often as perhaps I could, because I don't want to inundate my clients with emails, but this is arguably why I feel like it is a fairly expensive product for what I need. There are very few things I dislike about CC, it works really well for my needs, in many ways it over-provides for what I need & haven't taken advantage of all the features. I used to use another platform for mailshots to clients, but it wasn't offering templates or as user-friendly as system as CC. I was also reaching a threshold where I would have to pay. Another great tool is the scheduling one since it's quite easy and lets me map out campaigns across several platforms months ahead. One frustration I’ve had is with the mobile app—it can be a bit clunky and lacks some desktop features I rely on. Also, the cost can add up quickly if you’re managing more than a handful of accounts. It has a tendency to get some profiles disconnected here and there. It seems the profiles are tethered to the person who added them. Changes in the organization might cause some profiles to get disconnected once a superadmin is removed. Fortunately, all admins are always notified when it happens. We needed a social media management tool that allowed us to streamline the process of posting and collecting reviews from different platforms. ActiveCampaign’s honestly just made my life easier. The platform’s really easy to use, so setting up campaigns doesn’t feel like a chore. I love how easy it is to design nice-looking emails and add personal touches without needing to overthink it. Since using it, I’ve definitely noticed better conversion rates, and the analytics help me actually understand what’s working. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

ActiveCampaign is great, but there are definitely a few things that could be better. Some of the email templates feel a bit outdated — it’d be nice to see a more modern selection. The pricing can also get a bit steep as your contact list grows, so a bit more flexibility there would be amazing. I also wish there was phone support for the Lite and Plus plans — sometimes you just want to speak to someone instead of going back and forth on chat. It’s also missing built-in landing page tools, which would be super handy. And depending on your time zone, the limited support hours can be a bit frustrating. SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. Currently can only look back for last 30days records, it would be good to look bit more far in the history as sometimes have to refer for old sessions and we end up in a situation where old session are cleared. Have observed some of the sessions where though user has seen expected experience in Glassbox it shows it as having some white overlay which makes it hard to understand what exact user has seen, if that can be looked at would be much appreciative of. We can also track the engagement overview like the Views by page title info or the count of page view, user engagement etc. You can also track monetization details such as ecommerce purchases, purchase journeys, info about first time users. Systeme is super easy to use. I have been creating online courses and downloadable resources for a while, and it was always a bit of a nightmare when it came to actually setting up the sales process and shop. With Systeme this takes a few simple clicks for it to work effortlessly. It even automatically suggests things like order bumps and marketing funnels. I realise now that I put off things like updating my site and creating new courses because my old platform was just so tricky to use - now Systeme makes this simple and I'm confident I'll be adding many more offers to my clients over the coming months and years. The migration from my old site to the Systeme was super-professional and efficient - and my allocated migration assistant (Nesrine) was always very patient with me and answered questions very quickly. What do you dislike about Systeme.io?

ALT Text descriptions: In my previous provider, ALT text was added once every time I uploaded an image to my site - then it was re-used every time I used the image somewhere else on my site. In Systeme, this needs to be manually added every time the image is used, so takes a bit of time (especially when course title tiles are re-used over various pages). I am hoping Systeme will prioritise fixing this as the EU Accessibility Directive comes into force in June 2025 and every website will have to have ALT text on all images. It would be especially good if any alt-text I have already written for an image gets automatically added to the file.

I have an automated email sequence with my current mailing list provider. This is copied over to Systeme but only for new subscribers. I have to wait for my current subscribers to finish the sequence with my old provder before fully switching to systeme. A bit complex and there is probably another workaroun - if I had time to create a whole new sequence, but this was a little frustrating. Its always difficult an time consuming to log in different platforms to mange them and interact with our audience. Zoho Social makes it very easy to manage and interact with all of my networks under one roof and by single (not multiple) posts to all my networks.

Interactions, replies, and posts - ALL under one roof and in the palm of my hand when I am using the mobile app!

Because of the mobile app, I interact with my networks more often as it is so easy to use.

It saves me from having to juggle five different tools. Whether it's keyword gaps, technical SEO issues, or content performance, I get a pretty complete picture in one place. What do you like best about PostHog?

Posthog understand what you need from usage analytics and feature flags. Every thing I need for getting their suite of tools implemented into my Next.js project was a breeze. I barely had to think to get it integrated and working. Its a tool I keep coming back to and if I need support their wiki is FULL of great info on how to do what you want. What do you dislike about PostHog?

I can't get a REAL hedgehog on my desk. I haven't come across something it did poorly or I couldn't do so as it stands there is nothing I dislike about Posthog. When I am setting up new projects, using Posthog is a no-brainer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PostHog solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need feature flags, easily and ASAP for our greenfield solution. Posthog was something I'd seen used previously and gave it a shot in a Next.js project. Their docs had everything and got feature flags into our solution in under an hour, this really makes developing new features behind flags a BREEZE. If you have a well developed explores, Looker is the best visualization tool in the market. I use looker almost every day for my executives reporting.

Dashboard can be developed very easily and numerous visualization are available at marketplace.

Chat with tech support is a great option to resolve your issues.

We can connect to almost all famous DBs which make integration easy.

Looker write complex SQL with ease so its not necessary for analyst to be proficient in the language.

Looker Admin pages are well developed and community support is also great. You can implement, schedule and work on it easily.

Difficult part of it is project implementation before starting reporting, you need a good architecture if you are planning Looker for a multi tenant reporting. Proper use of pdt, user attribute, reporting filter is not a task of newbies. if the initial architecture goes wrong and you start with reporting then rearchitecting it could be tedious task.
