What do you like best about Insider?

The Insider team is highly accessible for questions, issues, or challenges. The weekly meeting ensures that we stay focused on our goals and use the tool as efficiently as possible.

They take our needs very seriously, and it’s great to see that their roadmap is largely driven by the needs of their customers — including us.

What do you like best about Insider?

Before we began using Insider's tools, our website and app had low engagement, and giving each visitor a personalized experience was a distant dream. We needed help determining what was going wrong or where people lost interest. Insider's growth managers suggested using their Web Suite, Architect, and Customer Data Platform tools, and things turned around.

Using Architect's dynamic traffic allocation, we can automatically assign traffic based on channel engagement and performance. Now, we can reach our users through channels like Web push, WhatsApp, SMS, and email at the right moment in their buying journey. This change has greatly improved our growth in subscribers and increased our sales, and we don't think there's another platform out there that could have done it as smoothly as Insider did. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned, we were dealing with a low engagement issue and tried many tools, but we needed an innovative approach. Here we would like to take a minute and praise the Insider's support team. These guys are incredibly polite and patient no matter what's the issue. Following their advice, we used their web tools to improve the look of our website. Also, we used their dynamic category optimizer to make category search seamless for our potential customers.

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider's tools helped us raise awareness about our services and kept our customers informed about the legalities involved in doing certain transactions. We utilized their Web Push, Web Suite, Mobile App, and InStory tools, all of which worked flawlessly.

Thanks to the Web Push Recommendation feature, we were able to send personalized service recommendations to our website users. This strategy enhanced our engagement with them and made leads collection and conversion easy We were able to collect a whopping 70k leads with Insider.

Moreover, the Web Push Opt-in Box Template significantly helped our campaigns. It provided customizable opt-in templates that were in compliance with browser policies, such as Chrome's quieter permission UI and Safari's interaction-first opt-in policy. The design emulated the Native Opt-in by presenting a browser-based consent screen that invited our users to subscribe to notifications from the website without the use of intrusive pop-up windows. What do you dislike about Insider?

Our service portfolio is quite vast, so it was challenging for us to grasp the full capabilities of Insider's products. However, their support team was of great assistance. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling to increase service discovery on our website and reached out to Insider for support. They were extremely helpful, and the results we achieved exceeded our expectations.

The feature known as InStory enabled us to create and publish interactive content on our website, similar to Instagram stories but designed for websites. The multi-story templates feature allowed us to select from a variety of designs to best fit our content and align with our brand's aesthetic.

The Web Suite’s Action Builder enabled us to create custom actions without the hassle of coding. This greatly simplified task automation and facilitated the creation of complex customer experiences. These strategies boosted our page views and session times, making our website a more user-friendly platform. We owe all of this to the support provided by Insider. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider offers a diverse range of flexible, easy-to-use templates to make our website more interactive for our users. We use web push, the spinning wheel, and their banner overlay templates to build a completely engaging website experience for our users. With the banner overlay, for instance, we were able to achieve a significant increase in session duration of 134%.

We have observed that using Insider, web push has become an important channel for us which enables us to re-engage our website visitors and bring them back. By being able to automate our push notifications, Insider has helped us become more efficient than ever, while also delivering results that are promising. Using their web push, too, we got some desirable campaign results, contributing to almost 2% of our total traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Insider's panel show's real time results and data from each campaign. However, the data is a bit hard to understand without further information or explanation on the panel. Most of the time we rely on the consultant to help us understand where the numbers coming from. We wanted to increase and improve the traffic and its quality coming into our website. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider’s ready to use templates worked really well for us for improving the UX and enhancing interactions on the website. We were also able to easily track the performance of our website in real-time. They have the best customer success team that’s always ready to give their partners the best support, solutions, and experience. We have only used their Web Suite so far to improve onsite experiences for website visitors but would surely love to try out their other products in the near future. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Insider, we were able to proactively create scripts to guide and engage our potential customers better on our website and we could do that only because their digital team supported us at every step. The best part was that there was no help needed from the IT team. With the implementations and changes that we made on our website considering their growth team’s suggestions, our product page views for various categories went up from 66% to 700%.

Another amazing improvement that happened after collaborating with Insider was 11.8% growth in CR. Despite we had traffic on our website, views on product pages were not so high but Insider’s digital team added a few top search keywords in the script to direct visitors to our product pages, resulting in 195% increase in page views. We needed a tool or solution that could help us personalize our interactions with the customers and drive conversions. With the help of Insider, we were able to refine our targeting and launched personalized App Push notifications that resonated with our audience.
