What do you like best about TeamViewer?

One thing I really enjoy about TeamViewer is its speed when I need to access another person’s computer. I am part of remote teams and rely on TeamViewer nearly every day to help fix their machines without having to talk things through in chat. Since it does not cause problems with our security software, I never find it difficult to get into someone’s computer. So, we spend much less time going over small computer issues again and again. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

What I don’t like about TeamViewer is that it sometimes requires machines to be on the same version. As soon as I’m using a newer version and the other person has an older one, we can’t start a session. There have been times when I needed to cancel my support calls as a result. When this occurs suddenly during my busiest times, it can completely mess up my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

TeamViewer has greatly helped us reduce the number of work interruptions. At one point, we lost a lot of time just because we were waiting for someone to come to a workstation for fast fixes. These days, I am able to log in at once and finish the job in a matter of minutes. That quick response has made peak times much easier to get through when pressure is high and time is limited. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

For me, the best part of TeamViewer is that my sessions work well even when the network is poor. It is great for those in remote places because they don’t have to worry about regularly losing their connection. It helps the session stay smooth and uninterrupted when it lasts a longer period. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

What bothers me is that the game gets very slow whenever we turn on high quality graphics. While checking design work, we may have to see it on the designer’s computer, and the compressed copy makes it more difficult to judge the colors and sharpness. What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

With TeamViewer, we are able to help people who have difficulties using technology. We should take over and do the tasks ourselves instead of leading them through step by step. It prevents errors and saves time since fixing them later would be even more time-consuming. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

Teamviewer allows us to quickly and securely connect to another device and take control. We can provide quick remote support to our clients and users. It is very easy to set up and is available for all devices and I can quickly enter my partner's ID and get access to their devices. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The only issue I encounter is the connectivity issue as everything depends on our network strength and end-user network strength. if there is a connectivity issue on any end, it makes the session very slow and it starts lagging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to provide remote assistance to our clients and customers quickly and efficiently with TeamViewer. We don't need to be physically present to experience the issue that client is facing. We can simply get access to their devices and experience the issue on our end and quickly resolve the issues. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer is the most famous known remote control solution and is being used in our organization. It is easy to set up and I can connect and control the remote system instantly. It has well-integrated security which keeps the connection more secure and reliable. It is available for almost all devices such as mobile, Linux, and Windows. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

For me, the best thing is the quick and reliable remote access experience. TeamViewer is a day to day tool to get our spread out team on via device and it always works reliable. All I need is a few moments to connect to another person’s desktop, wherever they may be. It also integrates well with our ticketing system, hence making the process of recording of support incidents easier and faster. The intuitive design allows non-technical coworker to control rudimentary remote sessions by themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

For small teams, it could be very expensive, and it gets pesky when you’re marked for ‘commercial use’ on personal profiles. And when the network is unstable, a series of troubleshooting can get slowed down by a series of lags. What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now, we can attend to IT needs at a distance, fixing the problem of need to be on site. Having numerous locations, we’ve moved all our IT services to off-site operations, drastically curtailed our need for travel and freed up time. This capacity of ours to address problems very quickly and reducing the disruptions on the relatively employees has improved a lot. Our non-technical workers benefit much as we can show them fixes as we work them out in real time. It has made our IT processes, much streamlined and less troublesome. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like the web interface, it offers access to multiple systems from a single console. It allows you to constantly monitor the remote device, I love the terminal access. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Speed depends on bandwidth, sometimes it slowed down a bit. There's a delay in establishing a session, it needs some option to notify you if the computer is offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about this tool is the time savings. This utility is primarily used to establish a remote connection. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

It is a great tool for connecting remotely with my team and working on same board. I like how fats it transfer design files between computers. It allow me to connect to the designer desktop from anywhere and I can easily edit file from virtual access. It is reliable and good in security for protect our data. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like that it allows me to easily connect to my device, the response time is excellent. I can log in from anywhere I have a connection, it offers exceptional desktop sharing features. This makes connecting to the user's machine much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

I've been having some connection issues due to low bandwidth, and I'd like to be able to disable some of my computer's monitors. It can time out if you remain inactive for too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like being able to access system settings on computers, it's very convenient for both end users and technicians. I love the ability to reboot into safe mode with a remote connection, it gives me the convenience I need to provide support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
