What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like the ability to create different categories, it offers excellent compatibility with almost any device. It allows me to work remotely with my client securely, it's a really useful tool for accessing other PCs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

The ability to hide the client screen is very useful, allowing for fluid communication with your users. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

It is an excellent tool for providing online support when someone else has problems with their PC or any installed program.

I also like how easy it is to connect with the remote team and check any issues.

Another feature I really like is that I can transfer system files or any program and check it locally.

And the best part is that it allows me to connect from my phone to other devices, which has been very helpful when I have had to solve a problem and don't have a laptop with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

For small businesses that only use this tool to solve specific problems from time to time, paying for a license is a bit expensive.

The main problem that TeamViewer has helped me solve is saving time and money, thanks to this tool I don't have to physically travel to my clients, which saves me a lot of time and I don't have to spend on fuel.

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

Remote access features of this system are absolutely fantastic. These features enable me to reach any device no matter where I am which simplifies the process of addressing client technical problems during my travels. Quick document and software transfers between devices become possible through the file transfer feature. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Free users encounter two major disadvantages because unattended access has a time restriction and the connection speed depends on internet performance. Your internet speed determines the speed of connection when you use TeamViewer. The high cost of premium features becomes a significant expense for both small businesses and individual users even though the features might not be suitable for their needs. The process of providing remote support required multiple tools and manual steps before implementing TeamViewer. The platform provides a single interface to handle all operations. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

Remote access in TeamViewer is very reliable. Being able to access any device from anywhere is a huge timesaver when working on client issue. It’s also seamless when it comes to the file transfer feature too. In a session, file sending and receiving is very quick, making support faster. Multi monitor support is another standout feature of it. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Some of the newer tools feel more up to date than TeamViewer's interface. It is functional, but needs improve on the layout. Moreover, the free version is restricted in some ways. For instance you are able to utilize it solely for possibly non commercial aims, which could be annoying when you require to shift from non commercial and professional usage. What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing remote support in the past was quite a nightmare. I had to use less reliable methods followed by misunderstandings and delays. With TeamViewer, now I can precisely see what the client is seeing and take control when needed. That has also significantly reduced how long it takes to resolve those things. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like being able to import all my remote connections, it allows for a high degree of customization. It has everything you need to connect to any machine, I like the versatility of this tool. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like this software because it makes it easy to connect to any device regardless of the operating system as it is available on any platform or through the browser. I also like that it allows me to create virtual rooms, share documents and in the end everything in a few clicks. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer has high qualities for remote access. This was time consuming and costly as before I had to make the physical trip to clients' locations for tech support. Now, I am able to fix things right then and there from anywhere. All of this is a lifesaver when it comes to the file transfer feature. During a session I can quickly respond with or receive files. The multi monitor support is also fab. This allows me to see everything at once, the screens of all the clients, which is again hugely beneficial during troubleshooting. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer’s pricing can be high for small businesses or individual users. That is a lot of investment by itself, let’s not even start with extra features. This can sometimes make the user interface quite cluttered with tools to make it hard to get to specific tools quickly. TeamViewer is a solution to support and access remote. So before I did use it, I was forced to rely on phone calls and emails that were often inefficient and even frustrating. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

You can easily execute commands on a remote computer, it's very robust in terms of functionality. The timeline feature is excellent for ensuring security, and it's great that it has a lock option. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

This tool is amazing because of its simple setup, because it can run on any platform and be accessed from anywhere, which is my favorite. I also love that the links I send can be shared, and the program can be temporarily installed, making it easier to access and share the screen or anything youre using.
