951 LeanData Reviews

I like the fact that the tool is easy to use and navigate. It is also highly customisable to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish LeanData offered functionality to merge duplicate records in our CRM, but unfortunately, that feature isn't currently available. Additionally, customer support can sometimes be less responsive and less helpful than expected when it comes to building automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The audit logs are amazing for tech teams who are managing complex integration environments and need to see exactly how and why something is breaking down. I reference them every single day.
The layout of the graphs makes everything visual and clear to understand; love the ability to color code and annotate everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a double edged sword - it can do anything, which means you need to have a very clear point of view on what you want to use it for, or else you can get lost in the complexity and nuance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Along with our primary use of lead routing to our BDR team, we've moved several critical workflows out of Salesforce and into LeanData because the maintenance is easier and the built-in country verification reduces manually created exceptions. I was able to upskill multiple team members in to the ecosystem relatively quickly and as a result have more LD administrators than any other tool other than Salesforce. Their customer support is some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some ease of use functionality they are still missing (copying logic rules, renaming the default path) and we still fight occasionally with getting the same lead routed twice due to rapid updates and I'd love to see better reporting rather than using Salesforce. The LeanData Lead and Contact Router have turned a previously very time intensive process into an automated and time saving inbound flow. Also having a tool to manage this has enabled us to create a unified approach in lead routing.
We have also seen success in BookIt for some geographic areas. By cutting down our response time, we have seen improvements in our inbound to deal time frame.
Our customer success manager and the general LeanData support team are always eager and quick to support us in any development questions or technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Technically in the platform there are sometimes some aspects that create quite some time intensive maintenance.
For example our organization has a lot of different Round Robin Pools, and keeping them all up to date for the lead, contact and BookIt router can be quite time intensive and sometimes lead to pool mangers forgetting to update each location.
Also it is not possible to use the same territory manager in both the lead and the contact router, which also causes double the amount of maintenance if updates need to be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful part of LeanData is its powerful and intuitive lead and opportunity routing engine. The visual flow builder makes it easy to design, test, and deploy complex routing logic without needing code — and it’s flexible enough to support real-world GTM structures like round robins, ownership territories, handoffs between teams, and edge-case logic.
It also adds a layer of transparency and accountability by allowing us to trace exactly how and why a lead or opportunity was routed, making debugging and optimization much easier. This has significantly improved our speed-to-lead, pipeline hygiene, and rep productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about LeanData. It’s been a reliable and impactful tool for our GTM operations, and the support team has always been responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to help non-technical/operations people understand routing, decisions, expectations, logs, etc. is absolutely amazing. Being able to open a log and *see* how decisions were made is a huge benefit.
Additionally, the Support team from LeanData is spectacular. They work hard to review graphs and answer some pretty detailed questions, as well as supply workarounds or improved ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Flows/Apex can capture way more data from related records, and have more functionality in how/when changes can be allocated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just want to say that working with Stevanie is magical. In a world where support is run by Chatbots , it's nice to talk to someone who is an absoulte pro. Stevanie will obsess about your issue until she finds the best solution. I appreaciate that so much. Lean Data management, please give Stevanie her own parking spot with her name on it and a healthy raise because she is simply amazing at her job. You can tell she really loves working there too. I love the product, but the support I got from Stevanie is worth the price of the product alone. Thank You!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the merge lead functionality was a little more customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeanData makes it really easy for us to build out all of our routing in one place. I've been able to simplify our routing process and make it easy to follow as other people evaluate the graph. The interface is easy to use and has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is a little difficult working across objects since there is some limitations around that, but most things are able to be solved with a simple workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use. LeanData really caters towards their users and keeps them in mind when updating their product. They also have such a great training and CS staff, so you can continue to learn and utilize them as your company needs grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not that I can think of....our CS support helps us with any roadblocks I may come across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of configuration and the intuitive UI. You don't always need a developer for changes since the system is so easy to understand and implement. Integrating Slack was a nice addition for notifications to routed users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Graphs can get really complex when business logic is diverse with multiple business units using the same objects. If there was a way to allow multiple active graphs the way we have flows in salesforce that could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
