I love how detailed the reports are for my emails down to what user clicked what link when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the customization isn't that great on what you can change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the features require a little time to figure out how to work them efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Mailchimp is how easy it is to use for someone that is new and not formally educated in digital marketing. I used it primarily for email marketing efforts for a company I worked for a while ago. I liked how I can go from inception to execution in a step-by-step sort of flow which makes it very easy to follow. Implementation was easy, adding our already established list of clients was issue free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We ended up not using it very frequently. We were only doing an email or two a month, we didn't find a need to utilize the rest of the platforms features. So I believe while it is great for email marketing for smaller companies, all the features are not necessary for a company that size. The scalability was also limited, we felt that the features we used didn't have that much room to grow, as it was a bit rudimentary. But the rest of the platform was more robust. I was working with the early stage startup as an Business Analyst they asked me to find the best All in one marketing platform, after thorough research and keeping budget in mind. We chose Mailchimp CRM for the startup. Then I started to understand the software, created my first ever email marketing campaign using the software. If I was stuck somewhere the customer care people were quite supportive. Slowly and steadily, we developed our entire sales pipeline in it and the process was quick, easy ,simple and smooth. So for a startup or any small or even big business, I would recommend it. 😊 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though it has many strengths. But once are customer started to grow, the subscription fees went very high, making it challeneging for startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It integrates seamlessly with almost any relevant platform, offering a super simple and highly intuitive user experience.Overall, I'd say Mailchimp is the best option for the majority of users, especially those who aren't tech-savvy. Its email capabilities are sufficient, the reports are straightforward and easy to understand, and it offers great features like a landing page builder, A/B testing, and a basic CRM. If someone wants something really easy to maintain, Mailchimp is by far the best option. However, for advanced users, it may feel a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email builder is quite basic, so don't expect to create highly advanced email designs. The triggers and automations are suitable for basic needs, but they don't compare to the advanced capabilities of Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign, particularly in the e-commerce field. Very user-friendly and intuitive, even beginners will find it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can be buggy when uploading data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is user-friendly. You can save email templates and audience segments to make it easy for you to nurture your contact list depending on what products and services they need. I also love the great customer support and implementation once you've deployed the platform. However, I'm wondering if I can intergrate mailchimp with other software. As a digital marketer I use mailchimp every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, based on market prices from competitors, mailchimp is more expensive compared to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Intitive organizaiton and featurer are hard to beat. Audiance manager for lists, Template creator for individual documents that can easily be based on previous templates, Campaign amanger that brings all these together with a profile for how and when (<--Scheduled delivery) and how to send and even post links to social media. And there are additional featurs being accedd and useful integrations. In the midst of that data handling the auto-formatting (a.k.a. ease of implementation) of content for both big and small screen is one of the best reasons to use a tool like this! The autoformatting has room to get smarter. it compromises just a little the qualityof the format for both large and small screens. Messages must all apoear the 'Mail Chip way' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basic communications needs are provided in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functionality is a bit choppy. The design templates are limited. The nicer ones take too long to customize. List management is confusing and does not suit my purposes. Poor customer service - no phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
