There are so many templates, 3rd party integration options (Google Slides, webpages, video, image slides), and the slide scheduling is pretty robust and was probably the biggest selling point for us. While there are SO many templates to choose from, there is frequently a central element that is uneditable. It is somewhat frustrating to have a perfectly styled template that we'd like to use for a general theme, but then find out that it's not really all that customizable. What I love most is that it just works — consistently and reliably. When I do run into a rare issue, their support team is amazing. I can submit a ticket and always get a helpful response the same day.
One of my favorite things is how collaborative they are. I recently needed a custom template for a Parent/Teacher Conference announcement, and I was able to email their team directly. They not only listened but worked with me to create a brand-new presentation that was exactly what I needed.

I love the ease of communicating with the pre-made presentation slides that are easily editable, colorful, inspirational and educational. I cannot tell you the number of comments I get from high schoolers. I love that we can use our old defunct tv for something so impactful, with minimal investment of time and $. I wish there was a way to distinguish between types of holidays/events. To hide things not celebrated in our country-for example Rememberance Day is unique to other countries. I love the calendar option for scheduling, but even more in advance is better for busy educators. I would love to schedule a Christmas countdown, when I have time to do it rather when the slide is made available a few days in advance of the holiday. I could schedule en masse for a month. Rise Vision has been an awesome tool for our company. We were able to replace all of our printed freestanding posters with TV's hosted with digital displays. The software is easy to use and quick to update! It was relatively simple to implement within our company as well. We use this daily to update different messaging depending on our audience. Rise Vision has been a great tool for us to communicate and share announcements with our students and staff/faculty. As a Catholic school we are able to share a Bible verse everyday for everyone to read. As a school we have four different communities that our students are separated into - for the NCAA basketball tournaments we are having a little competition between each community and the great thing about using Rise Vision is that we are able to show up to date results of the games and current standings within our competition. Rise Vision also has a large number of pre-built templates that are customized with your school colors and are very user friendly. So far we are very pleased with Rise Vision. Currently there is nothing that we dislike about Rise Vision but I would say the only struggle we are trying to work through is scheduling our devices to remotely turn on/off at the times we have scheduled. Rise Vision has been a wonderful way for us to showcase employee satisfaction survey responses in our breakroom for our team. We are using this in a spa where everyone has asynchronous schedules, and in an industry where not everyone has a company email or another similar way to push this information out to the whole team. There’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to customizing more advanced content, especially for non-techy users.
