We’ve been using OptiSigns for our digital signage needs and overall, we’re really happy with the product. The platform’s user experience is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to manage content across multiple screens. Their customer service is also top-notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and always helpful when we have questions or need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue we’ve encountered is with the custom size zones. While the feature is great in theory, it can be a bit glitchy in practice. Certain apps like Instagram and Google-managed business profiles don’t function properly unless the zone is set to full screen. This limits our flexibility when trying to create more dynamic or segmented layouts. It’s something we hope to see improved in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using OptiSigns at Keiser University to enhance communication across campus, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Whether we're reaching students, staff, or community members, OptiSigns helps us keep everyone informed and engaged.
The platform is extremely user-friendly. We use it to play promotional videos, display event flyers, highlight campus news, and share important updates in real time. It’s especially helpful for showcasing upcoming events, student achievements, and community initiatives—anything we want to spotlight can be scheduled and displayed across multiple screens with just a few clicks.
One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to manage everything remotely. Whether it’s a last-minute change or a recurring announcement, we can update content quickly without needing to be on-site.
OptiSigns has become an essential part of how we communicate at Keiser. It keeps the campus informed, helps us build community, and makes our digital signage look modern and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to point out one downside, it would be that there's a bit of a learning curve when first setting up layouts and playlists, especially for users who aren’t as tech-savvy. That said, once you get the hang of it, the system becomes very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Optisign's prices. They had the fairest price in the market for us especially since we only have two kiosks.
Their software was easy to use and worked seamlessly with our
Chromebox Enterprise.
The support was timely and thorough. When we had a more complex question, the support staff did a video call with us, and I really appreciated that. They respond within a few hours to a day, and they ensure that our issue is solved. They are also very thorough in ensuring they check every option on their end to verify their claims.
I like that they are continuously improving their software and are now offering music as an option. This is helpful as we are running two kiosks.
As a Canadian institution, it is obligatory to host our data in Canadian servers. Therefore, with them having a Canadian-based server, they were the only option that could satisfy our needs for data privacy while being within our budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I actually find Optisigns to fit all of our needs, however it would be a nice feature to have some sort of software within to have an interactive floor map similar to appspace:

Doesn't have to be as complex, but something interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the layout when working with templates. It's easy to browse through the option to use as a starting point for whatever you need.
I also like the ability to duplicate my assets and make changes then rename them. This allows us to switch between different menus for different events.
The photo screen templates allow us to customize the screen to look the way we envisioned. There are many options for displaying the photos - I'm still exploring them.
The mobile app allows me to switch assets on the screens when I'm not near a computer. It is a quick and easy process when on the go.
We purchased the OptiSigns Stick Player. The setup and install was flawless. We has NO issues with sending our screens to the player, I have friends who used other methods to display their content but using the player was the better decision in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When working on assets, the magnification settings keep jumping around and don't seen to hold and allow you to zoom in to work on items. The zoom-in drops back to like 20-35% and jumps all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently switched to OptiSigns, and it has been a fantastic upgrade from our previous vendor. One of the first things we noticed was how incredibly easy it is to use. From setup to daily updates, the platform is intuitive and user-friendly—even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.
What really stands out are the wide range of options and features that we simply didn’t have access to before. From scheduling content with ease to integrating with tools like Google Slides, Canva, and even live dashboards, OptiSigns offers a lot of flexibility and functionality. The ability to customize layouts and rotate different types of content has taken our digital signage to the next level.
We’re very happy with the switch and highly recommend OptiSigns to anyone looking for a powerful yet simple signage solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we were first looking for a new vendor we reached out to various vendors for a product demo and received one, however when it came to OptiSigns, we were sent training content and a digital video of how the product worked. What we thought was a demo call, was more of a "what are you looking for?", "oh, here's some videos to go through". We haven't needed to use much of their customer service support, since a lot of it was figured out on our own but that goes to show how easy the platform is to use. We're currently testing OptiSigns internally within our team at LS Küchen Wohnen & Service UG. The platform has proven to be a very stable and budget-friendly solution for digital signage, with great usability and minimal training needed – even for team members with limited tech experience.
We're considering offering OptiSigns to our customers in the future as resellers, as an alternative to platforms like Rise or Adslide. From a reseller perspective, there’s a lot of potential – especially for smaller businesses that need a fast, low-maintenance signage setup.
We only needed support once – and the experience was excellent. Despite the time zone difference, the response was incredibly fast, helpful, and flexible.
In short: OptiSigns is a promising, easy-to-use platform with great potential for international resellers. It’s already a strong choice – and with more regional content and localization options, it could be outstanding.
We use it daily in our exhibiton and in our office.
The Implementation was easy, Initial setup was very straightforward – within 30 minutes to 2 hours, we were able to create a visually appealing base presentation with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are currently no native German content feeds (like news) available, we could possibly help with translations if desired.
More localization/customization options would be needed for wider rollout
The Twitter app has not been functioning for some time now. Given the platform’s rebranding to X, it would be helpful to either restore full functionality or remove the integration altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the variety of tools and resources available to use, such as the templates. It makes it easy to be able to put things together quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't enjoy not being able to edit a playlist for a specific screen. I would have to create a different version of the playlist to be more tailored to a different screen/location. At the end of the day, it's not the biggest deal in the world but I think it would be cool to be able to tweak one or two things in a playlist and not have to have several different versions. We use Optisigns in our common areas to post security updates, upcoming events, weather, and photos from recent events. The software is very easy to use. The SSO sign on feature is nice. We utilize the HDMI adapters that can be purchased via Optisgns.
It also was very easy to sync up our displays. On our dislike, please note the cost overall is fine. The issue is we use these for purely informational purposes so besides security and streamlining operations its difficult for some management to digest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cost due to usage in our environment. I would love to roll out to all of our TV's, however the other TVs are not always on and justification for purely informational purposes is hard to justify to management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m using OptiSigns in a small motel reception area to showcase reviews, local info, and guest messaging. It’s been a great way to make the space more engaging without needing design or video editing skills.
The Google TV App runs perfectly on our reception display, the FFalcon 4K Google TV — and loads up automatically when powered on. Transitions between screens are smooth, with no lag at all. I really appreciate how easy it was to get everything up and running using their inbuilt templates, which look sharp and professional right out of the box. I’ve been able to display Google review slides, custom-designed promo cards, and even test different widgets with no issues. When I had a question, support was responsive and helpful. Nothing about OptiSigns itself. It does exactly what I needed and performs well. My only hiccup was with the Google Reviews feed not refreshing as expected, but that was due to limitations in the review data source, not OptiSigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OptiSigns is incredibly intuitive and easy to set up. We were able to get our screens running within minutes, and managing content remotely has been seamless. The drag-and-drop content management system is super user-friendly, and I really appreciate the variety of templates and apps they offer—from Canva integration to real-time weather, social media, and news feeds. It’s perfect for keeping our signage dynamic and engaging. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful when we’ve had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only minor issue we’ve run into is that the scheduling tool could be a bit more flexible for complex content rotations. It works well for most needs, but advanced scheduling could be slightly more intuitive. A mobile app for easier management on the go would also be a great addition.
