We are currently in the process of implementing Unimarket, and the experience has been fantastic. From the beginning, the Unimarket team has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. They have taken the time to understand our specific requirements and have worked closely with us to ensure a smooth transition.
The platform itself is user-friendly, and we’re already seeing the benefits of having a more streamlined procurement process. The ability to track orders in real time, provide better visibility into department spending, and take advantage of supplier discounts has been a game-changer.

Unimarket provides great insights into spend data through a robust reporting system. It is intuitive and easy to follow and provides electronic preapproval of requisitions and expense reimbursements. Unimarket integrates well with Banner and the customer service is top knotch. Unimarket cares deeply about customer satisfaction and often will include customer suggestions in upgrades and new features. As a procurement professional in a decentralized procurement environment, Unimarket keeps transactions, contracts and requisitions in one system, thus aiding in the ability to make data driven decisions in a timely manner. There is really nothing I dislike about the product and how we use it today. Since this is a required field, I would say I wish more companies offered a full hands off experience, punchout through cxml integrated invoicing. However, that is not a reflection on Unimarket, just a general comment that the more suppliers that offer a full suite of those services would benefit Unimarket users. I joined the university after Creighton had already implemented the Unimarket e-procurement tool. However, I was involved in the onboarding process for the contract module. Additionally, our Business service center incorporated the expense module. Throughout my time with Creighton, Unimarket has consistently provided excellent customer service. They are always ready to assist and guide us through any problems or inquiries. Whenever we need to make a change, they are incredibly helpful in finding a solution.
