Nothing at all. The interface is so bad and laggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is very slow. They do not address real user problem. Building the whole platform simply based on the user-level is stupidity on the highest level. Right now I can't even do a simple HubSpot integration properly and their support and AI bot does not remotely work efficiently to help me in any way.
Had a call with the COO before and he mentioned he will get back to me and few months later, I still have not receive any follow-up. I even had to send him a follow-up email. But to no avail, there is no response. You got to know, I have better things to spend my time on. But instead I'm writing this review - this tells you a lot about how bad the product is! I’ve been using this software since earlier this year. It has completely transformed my business services for the better. I used to use zoom but quickly found I needed more. The transcript and AI notes after every reading or session has completely revamped my offerings. My clients feedback has been great, as this allows them to view their readings / sessions much quicker and go based off just the notes and transcripts provided. I have been urging my fellow business owner friends to jump on the wagon, I can see this truly changing my industry for the better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing is a little steep, BUT I understand why! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
tl;dv has become an essential part of my daily workflow. I use it to record, transcribe, and summarize all my meetings—whether internal with my team, or external with clients and suppliers. The transcripts are highly accurate, the summaries save me tons of time, and the AI highlights are surprisingly relevant. It has significantly improved communication and accountability in my organization, especially when revisiting action points or sharing key takeaways with absent stakeholders. f I had to mention something, it would be the visual presence of tl;dv as a meeting guest—it could be more subtle or customizable to make it feel more native within video calls. It’s a small aesthetic detail, but it would definitely enhance the overall user experience. Aside from that, the tool performs excellently in all aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After and still currently using multiple meeting assistants I have narrowed down my assistants to tl;dv and one other.
Things I love
1. Auto joins meeting
2. Ability to summarize based on chosen templates
3.Sort and Filter meetings based on domains, joined state and even lead states
4. I can query multiple meetings based on these filters and thus cross link meeting notes
5. Great integrations incl to Notion, Google Docs, Slack and even Zoho (this is rare)
6. Easy to use and sign up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While most assistants have this issue - its not easy to understand us Indians (is it?)
Transcription quality and speaker identification is still not a 100%.
Most assistants have similar problem.
However, the biggest problem for India is we all speak in different accents of English and on top of that we speak in a combination of vernacular and English
TL;DV cannot transcribe that with any fidelity at this point :(
However, this is a category problem. And since TL;DV has one of the better assistants in the market - my feeling is they will catch up and overtake the others in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The entire team at Kloudle uses tl;dv for all our internal meetings. As CEO I end up using it for almost all my meetings. We use Google Meet and it works seamlessly with it.
The best feature are the AI summaries created and the ability to create short videos from specific points just by selecting the text! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UIUX has a learning curve. The search works but I wish the AI could tag similar meetings automatically. Thats not a blocker for us but Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TLDV has become an essential part of my workflow.
As someone who juggles multiple meetings and clients, having a tool that automatically records, transcribes, and highlights key moments is a game-changer. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I love how easy it is to share timestamps or summaries with my team - no more rewatching hour-long calls.
The AI summaries are impressively accurate, and the ability to tag teammates or mark key decisions mid-meeting has saved us tons of back-and-forth. It's honestly helped me stay more focused in meetings and makes follow-up so much smoother. Highly recommend it to anyone managing remote teams or client-heavy projects. I've been using tldv for quite some time now, and none so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the way it identifies smart topics and also that I can just copy and paste (clipboard) the transcription -- no additional downloads needed. The email that is sent at the end of the meeting is quite elegant (better than other alternatives). In business plan you can also have access to its API and MCP Server preview. I would like to have a proper folder feature because I cannot easily classify them. Or, if it is possible, I would like to tag them differently to group them and invoke them from the AI feature. The AI feature can improve a lot, be more extensive, customizable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not know how much I really needed tl;dv until I began to use it. This program makes it that much simpler to engage with people while making sure you get the most crucial details with just one click of a button.
If you're one of those people who converse with several clients or groups every day, this app is a godsend. Rather than fumbling for pens and paper or straining your memory to recall important points, tl;dv captures meetings and transcribes them, so you can do what matters most—get things done.".
The capacity to instantly jump to critical points in calls and comment with ease has totally transformed the way I deal with calls. If you're all about efficiency, clarity, and keeping ahead of conversations, this is your app. Strongly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
tl;dv is an incredibly useful tool, and although transcriptions are usually correct, some words can require a speedy check, particularly with accents or technical jargon. It does take a little while to completely get into your workflow, but once you know how to use it, it is a vital productivity enhancer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the service treats its users carefully and guarantees the confidentiality of their data. I am also impressed by the friendly interface of the site, which makes the use process simple and enjoyable. And thanks to a fairly smart AI assistant in the support chat, which can often help without the participation of a small project team (tl;dv), I have fewer reasons to contact support. I'm still a little confused about the interface, but I can't offer any specific ideas to improve it yet. As soon as they appear, I will definitely share them with the support.
Also want to share: when company member asked to share your review about product and offer gift for that, he definitely shouldn't ghost after publication without gift ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What stands out most about tl;dv is its seamless functionality. I can go from meetings to having customized notes without any extra effort, followed by a weekly summary that keeps everything organized. The ability to search across all meetings for specific mentions is a game-changer, making it easy to track key discussions. On top of that, the integration with my CRM ensures that all communication is automatically synced with the relevant contacts—no manual input needed. The support question I had was answered by the co-founder Carlo very quickly and effectively. In addition, starting to use it wihth non technical people is a breeze. It’s an invaluable tool for both fundraising and operations in a nonprofit setting, saving an incredible amount of time. We use it on every meeting!
PS. I am sorry this came out too positive, but I am super impressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found anything yet in the 2 months of using it. Will report back with findings if such arise.
PS The addition of a mobile app would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
