As we move along learning how to use it intuitively, the ChatBot has become more precise and can handle much more information and many more specific responses per day. The tools are all easy to use, and the customer service is really great if ever our teams get stuck. Emails delivery rates are really good, it's rare customers unsubsribe and the emails alway look professional from our own domain addresses. The Sendpulse form was easy to implament, it integrates really well with our Webflow website. Combining Sendpulse chatbot and CRM has changed my business.

I have used many CRM systems & chatbot, but no platform has been able to integrate CRM & chatbot seamlessly as Sendpulse.

This is the best chatbot & CRM combination i have used, being able to send emails and whatsapp messages automatically to our customers is definetly a game changer for us.

I don't usually write reviews, but i had to, so others can experience what i'm experiencing too.

Automating customer conversations without having to do things manually as we used to do before has changed our business for good.

And their price is way lower than others that i have used.
