What are the top community management apps for e-commerce businesses?

We’re building a community around our e-commerce brand and looking for tools that help us drive customer engagement, loyalty, and peer-to-peer support.

If you’ve used any of the platforms below, we’d love to hear how they’ve worked (or not worked) for you—especially in an e-commerce context.

Here are the top tools we’re looking at from the online community management software category:

  • Gainsight Customer Communities – Known for SaaS, but is it flexible enough to support customer-driven Q&A and reviews in an e-commerce setting?
  • Webex Events & Webinars – Great for product launches and live shopping events. Can it be used to anchor a consistent community presence too?
