I wish there was more visibility on the contact activity in accounts in Rollworks, but can get contact info generally for who is interacting with your site from which accounts. I like how easy it is to get up and running – the cusotmer support is good and their team is knowledgeable. They offer a number of features to get account spiking information, and target appropriately with advertising. This was our first intro into Rollworks and we as a team undoubtedly had some issues, and the learning curve was pretty steep. i'd say the Rollworks team was there with me thorugh all the ups and downs, and when i was having trouble getitng the rest of the sales team on board, they helped schedule extra training for my team. that was immensely helpful.
