What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

Rollworks has been a great tool for a multitude of reasons: we use it to test out various messaging, warm up our audience, and gather intent data to help create a holistic picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I wish there was more visibility on the contact activity in accounts in Rollworks, but can get contact info generally for who is interacting with your site from which accounts. Plus, they just rolled out a feature called "hot contacts" which helps us identify which people from which accounts are showing high interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I like how easy it is to get up and running – the cusotmer support is good and their team is knowledgeable. They offer a number of features to get account spiking information, and target appropriately with advertising. I really like how they can deanonymize CRM contacts on site – and it integrates easily with Salesforce for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

That you can't have two CRM connections. We use multiple CRMs and MAPs at our org and it would be nice to have all the data in as many places as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rollworks gives us the ability to target named accounts with advertising. We're using it outside the software industry and trying to gain a competitive advantage by implementing new strategies. What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

This was our first intro into Rollworks and we as a team undoubtedly had some issues, and the learning curve was pretty steep. i'd say the Rollworks team was there with me thorugh all the ups and downs, and when i was having trouble getitng the rest of the sales team on board, they helped schedule extra training for my team. that was immensely helpful. In fact, i just hired an SDR, and that recorded training was part of his onboarding as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
