Number one feature for me of Proposify is the ability to quickly reuse existing proposals and quickly edit a couple of key fields and the changes flow thru to the rest of the document. As well the ability to see when a potential client has viewed the proposal, how long they viewed it, etc. is great for understanding buyer behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The refresh of updates to a proposal don't always happen as quickly or in realtime. Due to this myself and others on our team will save , refresh, and then double check to make sure the recent edits are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having specific templates has made the proposal process much quicker and more streamlined. I like that pages can be placed in different order very easily. OUr proposals have become much more elevated in appearance. The metrics are extremely helpful as well. The customer support is fabulous- very responsive. The integration with HubSpot is absolutely the best part of the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the pages had snap to lines so it would be easier to line everything up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That we are alerted when the prospect interacts with the quote. We get to see how long they have viewed the quote, which page they are currently viewing, if they have clicked on any elements and also a nice E-mail alert when they first open the quote and if they have successfully accepted the quote. You are even alerted when payment by the client has been successful and you are given a link in your E-mail to go straight to that specific closed deal.
We have closed hundreds of sales outside of business hours because of the simplicity for the customer to edit their quote, accept it and then pay for it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The design interface when customising the quote can be a bit frustrating but once you figure it out it works fine. It could have a few more options when editing. However, I understand it is being edited inside a web browser so there are limitations because of that.
Please add somewhere that the client can add their delivery address when paying for the quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design layouts are heads and tails above every other platform. Their beautiful as well as functionally layed out. Templates have all the sections that might be needed and if you need to add other sections, it's super easy to do. I promise these will wow your clients. Also love the fact that it tells me who signed and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside is that you can't charge both one time & recurring fees at same time. We hook our Stripe account into Proposify so clients can sign and pay in one step. But if we have both one time setup costs and then recurring payments as well, then we can't collect payments. It has to be one or the other. If and when the ability to do both comes around, I'd recommend this to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm particularly impressed with how the different templates can be customized - this enables us to create a proposal tailored for a specific work. Incorporating it as part of our workflow was smooth, and entering the client’s signature through the links we prepared is quick and easy. Proposify actually has become our sales process bedrock. Sometimes the clients may get into trouble while accessing the proposal links but we are swift to deal with that by re-sending the PDF version. It is something unobtrusive, but it should still be mentioned particularly when there is an urgency for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the organizational structure of Proposify and abilities to save snippets and embed variables throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the lack of design capabilities for tables and uniform resizing/reformatting of text in general when dealing with tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I reuse my proposals, which are easy to set up and send to the customer. It isn't difficult for potential clients to make notes and/or approve the proposal. It is good to have everything in writing, and it is easy to refer to if there is a question about the agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it could be integrated with Wave Apps, but I saw that Stripe is available, so that will be my next addition in place of Wave. The fact that I can now have them pay their deposit immediately without having to send a separate invoice is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
