About two years ago, we introduced Proposify to our organization, and since then, our proposal creation process has undergone a transformation. Their epresentatives guided us through each step of the implementation process, ensuring that no queries were left unanswered. Even when we were completely acclimatized, the Proposify team were constantly checking for improvements and making adjustments to suit our firm’s evolving needs. Before Proposify, we felt overwhelmed with the number of proposals we had to create across several service lines, and we relied entirely on Microsoft Office products for it, which made us feel like we were swimming against the tide. One of the drawbacks of the table feature is that it lacks the necessary flexibility we need for every proposal. For example, we have experienced some minor formatting difficulties for certain dates, which might require more effort while reworking the proposals before the agreement is signed. Our team was initially drawn to proposify for it's easily customizable templates, and ease of use. We've been customers for a few years now, and while the initial draw remains a strong selling point, I am also so glad to work with a company that listens to and fullfills feature requests and improvments. At times, we'll hit some error messages with Proposify that aren't clear, or help guide us in seeking a solution. In some cases the issues seem to resolve themselves, and in others we are able to solve the issues without an understanding of what caused the problem in the first place. I like the ease of re-using proposals for different potential clients and I especially like the ability to know when a customer opens the proposal, how long they stayed on each section of the proposal and each time they re-open the proposal to review again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design can be very compelling and professional. The single sourcing of content allows for great consistency across proposals. The esignature capability has helped us improve our close rate. The self-selection of optional services has helped us with upsells. The support we got during setup and over time has been exceptional, and the product team is very responsive when we have suggestions for improvement. We have a fairly large product set and the interface for customizing proposals has a learning curve and is time consuming to use. We still have a few sales folks who refuse to convert because of this difficulty, even after a year and a half. They still use PPT and we haven't succeeded in getting management to force a switch... yet anyway! The pricing calculations are very basic so we have not been able to move our product catalog into the tool. We have a separate sheet that sales uses to calculate pricing, which it then copies into a quote table in the proposal. Finally, the integrations are a little lacking (NetSuite, ManageEngine would be great), but they've been improving and the team is good to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Proposify is super user-friendly and makes creating proposals for my clients so much faster than my old system.
I like that I can upload my own logos graphics, etc. to include in proposals making them feel bespoke & being able to duplicate proposals is also a great feature for cutting down my turnaround time.

Using Proposify has truly transformed the way we create and handle proposals in the company. To this day, the very first proposal we created with Proposify - I still remember our customers being so amped by the layout and particularly mentioned our work during our follow-up interaction with them. Its user-friendly interface basically helps us to profess, presenting professional proposals on time and with brand new quality. The whole process from day one of setting up has been a cakewalk and the support team has been superb, will not leave you hanging when needed. Our job would be impossible to finish in time without Proposify's ready-to-use template gallery and collaborative features for real-time work. Last month I was able to pull my workmates through a really tight deadline, thanks to the availability of the real-time collaboration tool. Proposify is the best at creating a professional proposal with the far less time spent in developing it. It arranges the data very well and offers a lot of alternative ways of saving the sections of documents. We were able to see a reduction in approval times for our business and, our sales and marketing departments can work on it more effectively. Besides that, we can reduce the possibility of mistakes by saving parts of content and using them in our next orders. I also am excited about the possibility of showing the video sessions of our equipment that allow our customers to see a clearer picture of the equipment we are quoting. The customer support is always responsive and was really helpful with the implementation process, and as one of Salesforce admins for my company I also appreciate how simple the integration is between Proposify and Salesforce. The formatting glitches are usually ignored when using the tables which do have solutions to be found, but they are time-consuming issues that are annoying to users. One more thing that I really wish we had is the ability to "keep text together" a similar feature of Word where I could specify which block of text should go immediately after which image or paragra. One of the best parts of Proposify is the customization options. I love how easy it is to create professional, branded proposals using the diverse range of templates and design tools available. Additionally, the excellent customer support has been a major plus. Their team is always responsive and helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. Lastly, the efficiency and time-saving features have transformed our workflow. The seamless integration with CRM systems, automatic reminders, and the ability to track client interactions have significantly streamlined our proposal process. I don't have any major complaints about Proposify, but I do wish the collaboration with team members was a bit more seamless. Since last year, I have been using Proposify almost every day as it is my main tool for client proposals. I still use it because it has a clean platform, new features added regularly, and they provide excellent support. Our team's SR is very high, and I am convinced that the flexibility that Proposify gives us is responsible for such success. We had to come up with slightly different proposal variations for our clients. To do this took me a long time and it was not very efficient until I discovered the Proposify's customizable templates. This could be the shortest path one rat ever took. On the other hand, the ability to include extra charges in the fee table is also an advantage. Occasionally, when you have a specific need, the system doesn't always support it. It isn't extensible, so if it doesn't support what you want, then you're stuck trying to shoehorn your sales process into their tool.
