One improvement I'd love to see is a filter or tracker for kudos sent each week. Since there's a limited number of coins, it can be hard to remember who I’ve already recognized. Currently, I have to scroll back through the week’s messages to double-check, which can be a bit time-consuming. 1. Easy to use - We have a special channel in slack called #kudos, and every Friday, we bang out quick kudos to the team on whatever we have delivered.
2. Feedback friday reminder is actually quite helpful. There are a couple of kudos every friday so used quite a bit.

1. I don't think we ever grasped the concept and point of coins. I think education for that, and translating into actual rewards is not something that's clearly communicated. Also, the rewards feel US centric. Our team is across multiple continents.
