What do you like best about DealHub.io?

Dealhub is super quick to set up and super flexible to configure. We went live in just over 5 weeks and have been able to successfully add subsequent features continually improving the quoting processes for our sales teams.

The onboarding and implementation support is phenominal. Dealhub has been very hands on allowing us to be successful even though we have limited resources internally.

The integration with Hubspot has never failed!

There are still some product limitations with respect to handling custom documents. Everything generated natively in dealhub is fine, but the processes for signatures and routing of custom documents or customer paper can be clunky and has limited configuration.

What do you like best about DealHub.io?

As a DealHub admin, I like how easy it is to move through configuration interface. I love how we were able to exclude human error when quoting by setting automation for different scenarios such as co-terming, approvals, SKU offering. I love that the DealHub team is there to help with any requests I might have. The end users like how they can get to the desired SKU without much calculations, but just by answering simple questions. Sometimes the configuration can get a bit too complex with many different things to pay attention to so it can be difficult to troubleshoot.

We needed to manage complex multiple layered approvals, so DealHub made that very easy.

Complex price setting based on conditionals is also made easy using different DH options.

Removed the manual calculation errors when determining term duration by automatic SKU assigning based on defined scenarios.

What do you like best about DealHub.io?

As an event management company, we've always struggled to find a tool that truly fits our needs. For the longest time, we were stuck using a Google Sheets setup we built ourselves because nothing on the market seemed customizable enough. Then we found DealHub.

What really sets DealHub apart is how adaptable it is. We’ve been able to customize it to match our exact processes—something we’d never been able to do with other platforms. It’s made a huge difference in how we manage our deals and track progress, and it’s eliminated a lot of the headaches we had with our old setup.

The platform is super easy to use, and our team got up to speed quickly. The reporting features and real-time tracking are especially helpful, and the customer support team has been incredible—always quick to respond and super helpful.
