Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about DealHub. If I had to find one area, it might be that its comprehensive feature set can feel overwhelming at first. However, this is a testament to the platform’s robust capabilities and with the excellent support and resources provided, it quickly becomes a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealHub offers impressive customization without the need for extensive coding for every minor request. It’s user-friendly, allowing any admin to manage it with minimal training. The customer success team at DealHub is proactive, engaged, and readily available. Their support team is adept at handling a wide range of technical challenges. Our implementation experience with DealHub was seamless, collaborative, and easily integrated with our CRM and Salesforce admin team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area for improvement at DealHub is the approvers/reviewers panel, which could be more robust. However, it’s worth noting that DealHub 2.0 is actively working on enhancing this layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We chose DealHub for its remarkable flexibility, which enabled us to implement highly complex pricing logic seamlessly. As long-time users, we’ve consistently found that DealHub has a solution for every request we’ve brought forward. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it accessible even to non-admin users who can quickly become proficient. Additionally, the exceptional support from our Customer Success Manager has been outstanding—we couldn’t be more satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One minor inconvenience we’ve encountered is the versioning logic. Running multiple changes in parallel can be a bit cumbersome. However, since this scenario doesn’t arise frequently for us, it’s a small issue to be mindful of rather than a significant drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Platform management is pretty intuitive and provides extensive customization options for templates, workflows, and user permissions. The integration with Salesforce ensures data synchronization. Automated approval flows, document generation, and file syncing save significant time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sync error messages sometimes are not clear; no ability to assign playbooks automatically; poor templates' rich text customization, in a doc or email it may appear completely different; not extended quotes access permission, only depend on SF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealHub is very easy to use and customizable from implementation to daily use by our sales team. The technical team is very responsive and supportive as they continue to look for ways to make improvements. Our company is very happy with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would like the option to attach other PDF files to the output proposal rather than having to cut and paste into a text block. We often have SOWs that need to be included with the output as both PDF and DealRoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the standout features of DealHub is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce, making it an essential tool in our tech stack. The Playbook feature helps guide our sales team through a more structured process, while the DealRoom provides a collaborative space to manage deals efficiently. These features have been crucial in helping us standardize our sales processes and maintain control throughout the sales cycle. Customer support has been excellent, very responsive and they really understand our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a learning curve when getting started, especially for users who are less familiar with such platforms. Some aspects of the workflow could be more intuitive, as it doesn't always follow the most logical sequence for certain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dealhub is super quick to set up and super flexible to configure. We went live in just over 5 weeks and have been able to successfully add subsequent features continually improving the quoting processes for our sales teams.
The onboarding and implementation support is phenominal. Dealhub has been very hands on allowing us to be successful even though we have limited resources internally.
The integration with Hubspot has never failed!
The flexibility of the solution without any custom coding is amazing! You can really go as deep as you want in customizing the quoting experience for your teams to align with the sales motion, branding, and the overall GTM strategy. It is pretty cool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some product limitations with respect to handling custom documents. Everything generated natively in dealhub is fine, but the processes for signatures and routing of custom documents or customer paper can be clunky and has limited configuration.
The architecture is complex, super flexible and capable, but complex, and you just have to get used to that to unlock all the power. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a DealHub admin, I like how easy it is to move through configuration interface. I love how we were able to exclude human error when quoting by setting automation for different scenarios such as co-terming, approvals, SKU offering. I love that the DealHub team is there to help with any requests I might have. The end users like how they can get to the desired SKU without much calculations, but just by answering simple questions. Sometimes the configuration can get a bit too complex with many different things to pay attention to so it can be difficult to troubleshoot.
Saving proposals and submitting proposals can take a long time which is frustrating for the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an event management company, we've always struggled to find a tool that truly fits our needs. For the longest time, we were stuck using a Google Sheets setup we built ourselves because nothing on the market seemed customizable enough. Then we found DealHub.
What really sets DealHub apart is how adaptable it is. We’ve been able to customize it to match our exact processes—something we’d never been able to do with other platforms. It’s made a huge difference in how we manage our deals and track progress, and it’s eliminated a lot of the headaches we had with our old setup.
The platform is super easy to use, and our team got up to speed quickly. The reporting features and real-time tracking are especially helpful, and the customer support team has been incredible—always quick to respond and super helpful.
If you’re in a niche industry like event management and need a tool that’s flexible and reliable, I can’t recommend DealHub enough. It’s made our work so much smoother, and we wish we’d found it sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
