What do you like best about Coveo?

Coveo truly shines as the finest search service provider. Our fantastic support team effortlessly pinpoints the articles we need, even amid the sea of content penned by our organization. This brings forth solutions that bring a smile to both our clients and agents. One of these nifty features involves linking articles to Salesforce cases. Coveo comes complete with its very own set of analytics tools. These tools provide us with loads of information, helping us figure out which articles are worth crafting and how to best assist our beloved customers. Those reports also give us insights into what users are after and what they find challenging.

But here's the icing on the cake: Coveo's Senior Customer Success Manager, Kalla. She's an email away, always ready to answer our questions with a friendly touch. Kalla's like a treasure trove of insights on how to make the most of Coveo. Plus, she's a champ at sharing documents and training resources, making it a breeze for us to bring all these wonderful features to life. What do you dislike about Coveo?

Navigating Coveo's admin platform can be a bit challenging, especially when it comes to handling the reporting section. Additionally, to truly grasp its workings, you might find yourself delving into various articles and watching several instructional videos. What do you like best about Coveo?

Coveo allows us to create a unified index of all our product knowledge. Using Coveo's built-in permission models and customizations, we can then deliver that content in multiple ways. It is simple to dynamically filter search results and boost content based on user context. Setting up different search experiences is streamlined, and flexible. What do you dislike about Coveo?

At times, new features have been released and then not updated or supported after a perieod of time. The Slack integration is one example. Some of the professional services engagements we have had burned through hours faster than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coveo?

Indexing content along with associated permissions (if any) is very easy, thanks to the out-of-the-box, built-in connectors, and generic connectors that Coveo comes with - that fits almost all use cases.

All key search features provided by Coveo are backed by AI-powered models, which elevate the user search experience to the next level with contextual and relevant search results.

The best part, based on multiple implementations I have been part of, is the ongoing continuous improvement.

This can be achieved by simply adjusting the configuration and settings in the platform without needing developer assistance, based on insights from the Coveo analytics dashboard.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

If I’m being really nitpicky, the pricing can sometimes be a bit high for small-scale customers.

Not sure - if it would be feasible to have a tier for small-scale customers - that includes a couple of generic connectors and limited models, which would serve the basic search needs of a website at a more affordable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coveo?

I love how easily the dashboards you can create help you measure success and show ROI. You can also gather so much data to help you understand your customer, thier needs, pain points and effort spent on self service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

We use Salesforce as our CRM and admin access is required for many configuations or changes. Our team that manages Coveo does not have Salesforce admin access and we have to wait on IT tickets for changes. We have been hoping with the Quantic insight panel and other updates that we will be able to do more inside Coveo and be less dependant on admin access to Salesforce to make needed changes and updates. What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our federated search Coveo indexes and makes all of our resources available from one search even though they reside in different systems and locations. Adding CRGA to case assist has brought an immediate generated answer to customers who many not have otherwise self serviced. If this answer does not resolve thier issue they can continue to open a case. This model leads to greater case defelction and higher self service capabilities. Customers do not have to wait on a response if the generated answer resolves thier issue. The insight panel use last year reduced our TTR by 25%, we have just added CRGA to the Insight Panel which can give the techs a generated answer with citations they can even use as an action plan in their cases. What do you like best about Coveo?

Coveo has really elevated the findability of our support documentation in the time we have been parterning with them so far. Our team's have a lot of technical documentation that utilizes shared content across a large product suite, and we've seen improvements in content visibility by leaps and bounds with Coveo's Machine Learnining models and built in relevance tuning. Their support team is top notch, with really rapid responses and their team is very knowledgeable when it comes to offering creative solutions to our customized implementation. What do you dislike about Coveo?

So far, not much to complain about! We've run into some minor limitations given the custom nature of our implementation, but the team has always offered different ways to overcome those and make them work for our use cases. What do you like best about Coveo?

All of the pieces fit well together into a great product. It is easy to use and very quick to get to value. Generative AI works great and is by far the easiest to setup. Customer service is amazing also. Integration to all of the major platforms and easy to extend or customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

Some customers prefer on-premise index and Coveo index is in the cloud, but most of the competition is just using a sandboxed cloud index anyways so it is more your perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coveo?

I have used Google Site search, Elastic search, Adobe Search & Promote before using Coveo. Coveo undoubtedly beats them all. Their UI is super easy to manage. They have connectors with almost every CMS & if no connector is available, you can use the CoveoJS or the Coveo APIs to integrate their search within your site. I like the index source management tools which they have; you can connect a sitemap or use their source connectors like Salesforce connector or Sitecore connector or AEM connector to get the webpages indexed, to the least you can connect using their web crawler.

The most crucial feature is their machine learning models; you don't have to manage so many rules to get the relevancy right. A lot less manual configuration is required compared to Adobe Search & Promote. They have an automatic relevancy tuning model, query suggestions, event recommendations ML`S that can be configured to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

I can't think of anything that I dislike in Coveo. I have a fair share of experience in Search & I can say this is the best tool out there. You cannot go wrong with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
