MaintainX is solving the problem of disorganized and inconsistent maintenance reporting across our locations. I dislike nothing much as of now but yes the improvement scope is there in some of the reports as there is an AP Vendor Metrics Report that does not give accurate dates for modification of the vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Intacct to do the bulk changes in the vendor Mapping on a regular basis, saves huge time to make the changes in critical fields and vendor Mapping for all vendors in one go. So far the only thing that we would change is being able to change the camera orientation and making it easier to use the split sleep feature on Texas 7/70 rulesets. A feature to allow drivers that are ELD exempt and running under the 150 air mile exemption to log their on and off duty times would be very helpful also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Complete and efficient tracking of our assets and the training and coaching features have really been the most helpful tool compared to Geotab. The experience that we had with Geotab was a nightmare and sionce moving to Samsara we have been able to identify a lot of high risk driving and coach and correct the behaviors finally. I would want to see the ease of adjusting reports to be improved. When trying to add fields to a report it is very difficult to locate the related field we want because names repeat, are not showing, or even naming conventions change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Netsuite helped with the automation of sending out emails to customers after automatically generating the invoice. This saves time. However if something went wrong in the creation of the billing schedule or the configuration of the Avalara integration now a credit memo for that invoice has to be created and customer already got emailed an incorrect invoice and the sales order even after credit memo may show a status of fully billed and this can further make the revenue arrangement not show properly. I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside so far is that the inventory module took a bit of time to fully customize to our needs. A few additional options for bulk editing or viewing data across multiple locations would improve speed during setup—but once configured, it's worked reliably. DualEntry has actually sped up our month-end close. What used to take days of reconciliation is now just hours, courtesy of its smart bank matching and AI-driven transaction categorization. It automatically extracts data from our payroll (Payfit), HR systems (Zelt, Oracle HCM, IntelliHR), and revenue streams (Salesforce) with fewer exceptions and no more data silos. The result? Petty Cash as a concept. The onboarding. The channel partnerships team that DIDNT suggest Kate Josephine Johnson (she is the only reason I've been able to use this succsesfully), that there was not a better onboarding/implementation support process.

That if you take a pciture of a receipt when you have it it will always create a duplicate expense that you have to copy/paste/move later. The matching for Quickbooks is far superior. I've started losing receipts or having dupes. Neither is good. Also the email address for submitting receipts is clunky/bad.

That Clients/Vendors aren't the same thing. That Bills don't integrate.

That there's no way to carry a balance that rolls over on invoices.

The app is a fraction of the functionality of quickbooks' app.

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! Additionally, Campfire has a dashboard with KPIs that are relevant to my business that I can actually trust. This makes internal and external reporting much easier and less stressful. Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. Zoho Books helped us move away from Xero, which as helped us integrate with a solid suite of apps to help us deliver products directly to our customers. Books is easy to grasp, highly secure and reliable. We have never had an issue accessing it, even outside of normal business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. QuickBooks Online often requires changing the account type and detail type for all Line of Credit accounts. Using the 'Line of Credit' detail type typically causes an error, so I must select 'Credit Card' or 'Other Liabilities/Loan Payable' instead.

2. Subscription fees have been increasing more frequently, making it costlier over time.

3. Report customization is limited, some reports that are available in the desktop version can't be generated in QuickBooks Online for clients.

1. I used to convert PDF statements to Excel in order to upload transactions manually. Now, with the bank connection feature and date range selection, transactions are automatically downloaded for me.

- Only thing I can think of is that you need to create crypto gain/loss accounts in QBO because, as a result of QBO, they cant value transactions in USDC. So you're associated a cost / nav amount in USD of all your transactions which overtime shows as a small negative on your crypto gain / loss account on QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We arent trading, we're an operating entity, but having the ability to categorise (based on your QBO chart of accounts) and then natively sync to QBO is super helpful. There is nothing that I dislike about Fiix. Like any CMMS, the advanced features will take some time to understand, but those features allow me to evaluate the efficiency of our maintenance department. If I had to pinpoint any frustrations with Fiix, it would be creating assets. Instead of just creating one at a time, it would be amazing if I could make many assets at once that have similar qualities, but with different names. Tedious tasks are all part of creating an asset register and inventory system, so it is likely unavoidable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had issues with our customized analytics page, as the data wasn't aligning with the empirical data our team regularly tracks. Our customer support representative was able to help resolve these issues and we've been happy ever since. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. Use the mobile application to understand the full potential of Kashoo. There's a new revamped version soon to be released that will include better dashboards and automated data entry, so look forward to this. Their online webinars are totally worth checking out.
