What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is how easy it is to customize the entire hiring workflow. From job postings to candidate pipelines, everything is adaptable to fit our exact needs. The automation tools, especially resume parsing and email workflows, save a ton of time. Plus, the integration with Google Workspace makes collaboration effortless for our team. The mobile app feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version — it’s great for quick updates, but not ideal for managing full workflows on the go. Also, the UI in some areas looks a bit outdated, and the learning curve can be a little steep for first-time users. Support response times could be faster during peak hours. What I like best about Zoho Recruit is how intuitive and customizable the platform is. It streamlines the entire recruitment process—from posting jobs to managing candidates and communicating with clients. The automation features save me a lot of time, and the ability to tailor workflows and pipelines to suit my specific needs as a recruiter is a huge advantage. The integration with other Zoho tools also enhances productivity and keeps everything centralized. It's a great solution for managing end-to-end recruitment efficiently. None so far. The platform has been reliable, user-friendly, and meets my recruitment needs effectively. I haven't encountered any major issues or limitations in my experience to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't been using Zoho for an extended period of time, but it's one of the easiest ATS options to configure and implement. It has rich features like customizable automated workflow actions, resume parsing configurations, and nearly every action can be templated for easy engagement and notifications. The pricing is also very reasonable and is flexible for our hiring velocity. Having implemented various other ATS options in the past, I'm very pleased we chose Zoho for our next ATS. Support has also been very great and I receive continuous proactive check-ins from their business development team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything I really dislike. I have found the system doesn't let you configure all features/options until you validate your corporate email domain (using SPF/DKIM, ask your helpdesk). I attempted to edit the fields in different modules and some default fields couldn't be deleted because they're tied to webforms; those forms can't be edited until the domain is validated. This isn't a challenge for us as we plan to validate our domain, but you should know there are restrictions until you do. But, it's also not required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I switched von Google Workdrive to Zoho One. The offer is just amazing. It was very easy to switch due to the migration tools, Zoho offers. And now we replaced much of our tool stack with tools from Zoho (like Bigin replaces Pipedrive, Books replaces our old accounting, Campaign replacing ActiveCampaign etc.) So Zoho is our daily driver for everything and with the Zoho One offer, it's really affordable. If you do not get support from India, e.g. when you are in LATAM and have support by a local partner, the quality of support is/can be much lower, as the partners are lacking the experience and direct contact to the development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finding candidates can often be a lengthy and complex process, but Zoho Recruit has made it more streamlined and organized. From candidate searches and process tracking to interview scheduling and the final hiring stage, everything is much easier to manage.
With Zoho Recruit's reporting tools, I can access a detailed list of all candidates registered on the company's job portal. This allows me to review their profiles, understand their experience, and select the best fit for the vacancy.
The platform's setup is straightforward, and the overall user experience is highly intuitive and efficient, providing excellent support to the recruitment process and helping maintain clear organization for every candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and integrates with the other recruiting tools I use. It also makes remote collaboration easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's reporting capabilities are limited, it would be nice if was a little more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All things are good about zoho, I specially love zoho for how they present all the required data on a dashboard. From the Application information stored to the onboarding of the candidate all can be done. I just am liking to use the product day by day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that i have come across that I would like to dislike about zoho i have seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Recruit has been a really good tool for managing our hiring process. It has everything we need, from tracking candidates to setting up interviews and keeping things organized. Honestly, it felt a bit tricky to figure out at first, but once we got the hang of it, it’s been smooth sailing. Overall, it does exactly what we need and has made our recruitment way easier. If I had to point out something, the filtering can be a bit challenging, and I wish there was a bit more flexibility in customizing things the way we want. But overall, it does exactly what we need and has made our recruitment much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Recruit is an exceptionally user-friendly and versatile platform for recruitment needs. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for end users, even those new to recruitment software, to navigate the system with ease. The platform is highly customizable, allowing users to tailor workflows, forms, and fields to meet the specific needs of their recruitment process, which adds significant flexibility.
One of Zoho Recruit’s standout features is its seamless integration with multiple job boards. This capability greatly enhances reach and streamlines the posting process, saving considerable time and effort. The ability to post jobs across multiple platforms from a single interface is incredibly efficient for recruiters and hiring teams, enabling better candidate sourcing and improved visibility.
Overall, Zoho Recruit offers an impressive combination of ease of use, customization, and powerful integration options that support efficient and effective recruitment processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zoho Recruit offers strong customization and robust features, it does have a few areas for improvement. One of the main challenges users face is the lack of a thorough user manual, especially in the setup process. For new users, or those less familiar with recruitment platforms, the setup can feel overwhelming and confusing, with multiple layers of settings and options to configure.
The platform’s extensive customization capabilities are valuable, but the high level of configuration options can create complexity. Without a clear guide or walkthrough, navigating and adjusting settings can be challenging, and users might find it hard to understand the impact of specific configurations on the overall workflow.
A more straightforward, streamlined onboarding process, with detailed setup instructions or an interactive guide, could go a long way in making Zoho Recruit even more accessible and user-friendly for all experience levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Recruit has several strengths, but what stands out most especially for small to mid-sized recruitment consultancies is its balance of affordability, customizability, and feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Recruit is solid for many use cases, especially for smaller agencies, but it's not without its downsides. Here are the most commonly reported frustrations or limitations for much large agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
