Adding a sample or insert to each shipment is a challenging if you are using 2 or more warehouses. (if you only have the insert at 1 of the 2 locations, it cannot work) if 1 were to sell out, you cannot have the insert ADDED TO EVERY ORDER unless uniform to other warehouse.... I couldn't be happier with ShipMonk. Being a new startup with zero knowledge about integrating my on-line store, relaxedtravelers.com, with a fulfillment house, the folks at ShipMonk really made me feel like I was their only client. My on-boarding specialist, Pascalle Arnold, was a study in patience, answering my questions quickly, and in detail. And, when I didn't get it, repeating the instructions again . . . and again . . . and again. She even took the time to do a Zoom meeting with me to put the final touches on my account. Nothing that I know of. Integrating an on-line business with a gigantic warehouse filled with thousands of products call for extreme attention to detail. Our experience with ShipMonk had its ups and downs, especially during their transition period last summer. However, since October, they've really stepped up their game and turned things around for the better. The efficiency we've experienced recently has been impressive.One area that still needs improvement is the receiving process. Occasionally, scheduling delivery appointments can be a bit challenging. Making claims with couriers is our slowest progress with Shipmonk at the minute. We are struggling with making claims for missing items/ lost packages etc since these need to go through Shipmonk instead of directly with the courier. We are working with Daniel on this. Since Shipmonk purchased the 3PL we initially began working with, operational performance and visibility on processes have greatly improved. Chris Brown is the spearhead of that improvement. It's taking months to get credits approved, which is our biggest issue currently. We had many issues with the Ruby Has Nevada location including getting overbilled for over 6 months, a large number of late shipments in late Q3 and most of Q4 2022 and poor follow through on issues and tickets. As soon as Joe was assigned as our account manager, we were able to start moving through the ongoing issues and we are getting back on track. He personally checks on our orders daily to make sure they are going out and reaches out to us whenever an issue comes up so we can resolve it immediately.
