What do you like best about OptiMonk?
Waited for me and was convenient to speak to. Polite and quick
Once you are done with the initial setup of Optimonk ( the hard part for us specifically due to massive trafic, that normally would eat up 50K+ pageviews per day on a single store).When works properly on your websitem then it becomes quite easy to push campaigns, easier than ever actually. What do you dislike about OptiMonk?
Integration with Emarsys is less than expected
Difficult to set up in our situation where we target only specific pages, due to conserving pageviews. ( otherwise out limit would be spent in a day or two for even a single store) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love its diversity. I can use the campaigns in the most diverse situations. It's a serious system, yet I enjoy "throwing together" the campaigns like a child in a candy store :))))) ...the tips received in newsletters are also a great help for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few years ago, I used Optimonk for a short time, but I found it too complicated. Now the system is even more complex and professional, almost any campaign can be implemented, YET it is easy to use.
