We’ve only been using LegitFit for two months, but it’s already hard to imagine running things without it. The onboarding process was smooth – the LegitFit team handled all the initial setup, including client scheduling and timetabling, which made the switch totally painless.
What’s made the biggest difference for us is how hands-off everything has become. Payments are fully automated, even trial-to-member conversions just happen without any effort on our side. Admin time has dropped massively – no more constant messages to the owner about cancellations or rescheduling.
I’ve used a few of the “big name” platforms before and always found them clunky or confusing, especially for older clients. LegitFit has been the opposite – it’s genuinely user-friendly across the board. Nobody has had any issues using the app, which says a lot.

I love how simple the layout is for myself and my clients. I've used quite a few apps in 8 years of coaching and they're not always "easy" but with Legitfit, it's very easy to navigate around. Customer support is very good, especially on the set up. With 90+ clients, I was thinking it was going to be a very tough transition but it was very simple and the team kept in contact with me to make it very simple. The programming module is cumbersome and repetitive without being very intuitive. (I have a todo pending to record this for you.. bear with me!)
Sometimes I feel like the way the gui works is more of an after thought. ie I can now click on each member that is booked into a session but it still doesnt give me the information I need like their timeline, notes, goals etc .. all that I would see if I searched for a member.

Having just opened our climbing wall, we were looking for an easy to use customer booking system.
We settled on Legitfit for ease of use, for both our staff and customers alike. But the major selling point was the customer service we get from the team at Legitfit. Whether it’s through the chat facility on the help portal or even the quick response rate to emails to team members like Shane Walsh.
All and any queries are responded to quickly with positive solutions and suggestions.

Would be helpful to have a loyalty card facility in the system automated to reward loyal booking customers with free gifts designated by us depending on determined number of bookings/purchases.

Legfit puts its customers needs first, I switched from a different provider that was way more expensive and less user friendly and the customer supper was dreadful, Shane’s promptness in assisting me with my switch to LegitFit has been 2nd to none! I couldn’t have asked for a better point of contact! The service is no BS, straight forward my members love it and I find the platform simple and easy to navigate which has been made possible from the support of Shane. LegitFit is really easy to use and has a great interface. Clients have told me it's one of the easiest booking system they have used. The customer support has been brilliant, which has made life as a busy, new studio owner all the better. Shane in particular has been excellent! I've made a few suggestions for features that I think could be helpful and they're reviewing them currently. I think features around more detailed client/student profiles would be helpful for instruction/modification of any exercises in a group class as well as from a marketing perspective. While LegitFit is generally effective, there are a few areas where it could improve. Sometimes the interface feels a bit limited in terms of customization for class schedules and client management. It would be great to have more flexibility with reporting features to track client progress and business metrics. Additionally, when messaging clients through the app it is a little limited/ ponderous because you have to send it through email "to all" with no gym logo

We worked with another provider for years, and the system was overly complicated. Another business in our area recommended booking a call with Ryan, so we decided to make the transition.
Switching to Legit Fit was a great decision. The software is exceptionally user-friendly from an administrative point of view, and clients also love the app's functionality.
All the team at Legit Fit are super friendly and helpful. They are constantly improving their service and what the software offers.
