Since we've moved to IR online, its been great. It seems more robust and we have fewer issues with our day-to-day operations. While we did have a few hurdles during the migration, the team was able to get us where we needed to be. Our account rep is always very helpful when we need him to step in. We also like the SSO feature that has allowed us to integrate with out M365, which makes it much easier for the end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had issues with the email receiver since moving to IR online. Mostly with being able to see it in the EMC. The support team, while good once you get someone on the case, can be a bit tedious before someone reaches out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about the system is its speed and efficiency, which makes task tracking easy. The navigational tools are user-friendly and intuitive, and there's a comprehensive help guide for support. This has enabled my team to manage tasks, reprioritize them based on business needs, route them appropriately, and take action. As a result, we've maintained strong relationships and transparency in our workflow and business volume, capturing valuable insights into our partners' needs and focusing our efforts on important tasks with custom priorities. What I dislike about the system is that it does not allow for self-service password resets. I also dislike the inability to track history, flag email responses, and have them automatically archive back into the appropriate files. Although we haven't fully upgraded yet, I can only speak to the current version. However, I believe that my requests and current challenges will be addressed once we upgrade. We have enjoyed the file-tree structure in ImageRight which seems to be fairly customizable. I like that it's more organized than attaching files to an Activity which just gets thrown into a chronological list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had issues with editing & saving documents that are already in ImageRight, such as adding pages or comments to the existing document. The menu bar is not easy for new users to navigate, and the icons your can add are difficult to see that many become useless. The link with AIM isn't very clear either. There are fields in AIM that we want to make available in IR now, but it seems to be a big process to make it happen. There should be a simple option to link over AIM fields over to IR. The To Do/Task list is an extremely valuable asset to our business. We use it daily and it makes our processes run smoothly. ImageRight gives us an easy to navigate platform to maintain clean filing and keep up with current processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
