It's great not to have to ship business cards to the conferences we attend and then run out when you hand them out throughout the events. HiHello makes it easy to personalize your contact information, share it with attendees or anyone you meet, and digitize the conference lead follow-up experience. My manager quickly set me up with my account and customized it for the different conferences we attend, where we use it constantly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't too much I would want to change about HiHello. We have only used the digital business card and email signature tools, so we haven't explored everything they offer. If the rest of their products are like those two, I wouldn't change much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HiHello allows us to provide business cards for our employees. It is easy to download and intuitive to send and receive cards to contacts. The organization is able to limit the editing of certain fields, which is helpful for accuracy. It even comes with the ability to create customized zoom backgrounds and email signatures, which link back to the card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My immediate team has taken on HiHello and enjoyed using its features, but I am unsure if the buy-in across the entire organization is high. I do not think this is a HiHello issue, however I do wonder what support is provided to boost implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product is a must-have for your formal introduction. I love the ability to instantly send my information digitally. Not to mention customization with pictures, colors, logo, tags, and different profiles. This product is not hard to use at all! Just put the app on your phone, follow the simple setup instructions, and you are in business. Now you can give out multiple cards without the printing expense, allowing for constant use. This product is easily integrated into your daily routine with a simple QR Code action of a simple scan with your camera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only dislike is your limitations with the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how well known HiHello was at a networking event I went to over a year ago. I immediately downloaded it and used it in the same event. It was easy to download and plug in my business info and links. I love that the app allows you to download contact information directly into someone’s phone. It’s my go to networking tools when I’m out in public running errands or at a networking event. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you go to download contact info into someone else’s phone it’s not always seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HiHello makes it very easy to share and receive contact information. I appreciate that I can have the widget on my phone and Apple Watch to make it easy for someone to scan my card. I also appreciate that I can have more than just my card and can share another colleague's card within my app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have is that HiHello doesn't always work for some people. When they scan the code, it sometimes doesn't bring the person's card up, but instead brings up the app and tries to have them download it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that HiHello allows for two types of business cards and can recognize when you do not have service. When you are in a space without service, the app will automatically bring up a QR code for a person to be able to still share their information with others. I appreciate the design of the app, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I also like that you can quickly create a card right on your phone without having to log into a computer. You can set up a business card in less than 5 minutes. I love that it collects the other person's information and tells you when the other person has the app as well and connects so seamlessly. The best feature is that it captures the date and time that you met, and then you can add information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I do not like about the app is that in the free version, you cannot change the colors of the card without upgrading to the pro version. Even when testing it out, I think there should be the ability to select the correct color by being able to input Hex#s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it easy to scan a card and have it processed into a standard contact list - that is very helpful for keeping track of all the business cards I get. I also like that the search function can find anything that was in any of the fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be helpful if it could scan both sides of the card as one card. Two other things that would make it better: (1) If you could have a function that recognizes a card as already being scanned in, to prevent duplication, that would help. I have so many contacts, I often don't know and don't have time to pre-search each card in a pile to see if it's already in there. (2) I am able to make edits to business cards, such as changing the name if a person gets replaced in his/her position, but it doesn't make that update in my iPhone's Contacts, so I end up with a lot of ghosts I can't get rid of. When I get a call, it shows the name of someone who left that place months ago, even though I went and changed the name to the new person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love that I can just scan in a card, tag the contact with my customized categories and keep notes of every interaction in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The search function on the website is quite limited only allowing search by name or filtering. Would be helpful if I could put in a key word or company name and have it search all contacts to bring those up like on the app. Have had a few issues with the app crashing, once had to uninstall and reinstall to get working again. Luckily all contacts are saved, so didn't have to reenter my contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to pinpoint what I like best about hiHello, because there are so many equally useful features. I have build up 4 nonprofits and the first thing I do is get them onto this; it's a comprehensive business card always available in your pocket should leaders or board members want to share contact information with potential partners; and I don't need to send them physical cards, and should we update any links; we don't have to reprint everything because it always stays the same! It makes my clients look like a nonprofit worth investing in, because it is such a good first impression.. The interactive email signature and background are awesome too for that same reason; I feel proud when on a zoom call and I am immediately giving the impression that I am here for business. There's just a few technical errors I've come across over the years, but most have ironed themselves out. I'd love to be able to merge doublicated contacts, but I haven't tried, there could be a easy fix for that too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of our favorite features is the iPhone widget, which lets us access and share our cards instantly from the home screen—perfect for quick handoffs at showings or networking events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there’s one thing we’d love to see improved, it’s more customization options—especially when it comes to layout flexibility, fonts, and how certain fields display. A bit more control would really elevate the branding experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
