What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti helped me in many ways. I don't have to constantly remind myself about such task because it has a feature where it automatically sends reminder to each of my customers. It also filters work that I need to prioritize first. Notes are easily to check, and it is very user friendly. I have a guide what to work on first especially those with higher balances or flagged as high risk. I haven't used the company email on this review for security purposes but my personal email. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

What do you like best about Gaviti?

The most helpful feature of Gaviti is its ability to automate and streamline the accounts receivable process. The platform reduces manual effort by automating repetitive tasks, such as sending reminders and tracking overdue payments. Additionally, the real-time analytics and insights provided by Gaviti allow businesses to optimize their collections strategy, making it easier to manage and improve cash flow. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

While Gaviti provides excellent automation and insights for accounts receivable management, one potential drawback is that it may require a bit of a learning curve for new users who are not familiar with automation tools or A/R processes. Additionally, its effectiveness depends heavily on the integration with existing systems, which could be challenging for companies with more complex or outdated ERP setups. What do you like best about Gaviti?

What I like most is that all your information can be kept on one screen. You can orgainze it by the columns you chose and you can sort each column ascending and descending to make your search even more easy and organized. I use this to notate invoices and it is super simple to notate and set follow ups for your reachouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

There are very few things I dislike. One being that our company holds so much information that it slows the system and sometimes resets itself. Another is that it does not identify the "enter" key when you want to search for something, and when you accidently do hit it, it will reset the page and you have to start your search over. I have learned to try to remind my memory to hit TAB then Enter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

I can get invoices easily and search not only by company name but by invoice number. It is very useful that they are in PDF format as well. Easy to search and use, like the user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

I would like to see paid invoices on there as well for past research history. I would also like the ability to get statement histories on there. Also if I download more than one invoice for the same company making them on one PDF instead of a Zip file would save me even more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wanted to let you know that it is possible to see paid invoices as well as unpaid invoices. To do this, click on the "filter" icon at the top of the page, go to "invoice due status," and select the statuses of the invoices you want to see. I hope this helps. What do you like best about Gaviti?

We can set the type of workflow we have for customers, and it will end out automatic responses/reminders to them to help maintain the level of productivity. It is easy to keep up with all the invoices sent to a customer because we can set automatic responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

It might be an issue with our IT, but the communication with Gaviti and Salesforce and other tools can improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

What do you like best about Gaviti?

What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti makes those doing collections stay on track and saves so much time! I love the automation of it sending notifications on a cadence that we prescribe and then providing me with notifications to call on certain days, etc. I can set it and forget it until I get a notification to act, and the automated notifications to clients lets me focus on other things, because I know Gaviti is handling that part for me. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Downsides:

1. It always requires I enter my username twice before taking me to the password (a small but annoying bug...I'm sure this will get fixed soon!)

2. I sometimes have to shut it down and re-log in, because sometimes the filters stay in place when they shouldn't. Also a minor bug with an easy, but annoying work-around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti has been an invaluable tool in my work. The platform is fast and responsive, data extraction is seamless, and the color palette is easy on the eyes. I have nothing but positive feedback about using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

When I log in, it seems I can't use my browser's saved passwords. Since my password is a bit long, I sometimes feel too lazy to type it out completely. That's all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your feedback on the login process, we may have a solution. - If you are a Google Chrome user, be sure that that the autofill feature is enabled for passwords. You can do this by navigating to Settings > Autofill > Passwords and toggling on "Offer to save passwords". . Additionally, verify that your email address is saved correctly in Chrome's autofill settings under Settings > Autofill > Addresses and more. What do you like best about Gaviti?

I like that the program is user friendly. Since I train all employees that use the program, that makes my job a lot easier. Since we only use the collections part, I can train a new user in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding invoice notes, please note that they are visible both at the customer level and for Gaviti users.
