I like the auto features included. The sync with my bank accts and auto-generated LSO reports are a godsend. It has saved my practice from the beginning and put me on a good path. I love the macros options to create your own documents automatically pulling in the client info, etc. I don't have to re-invent the wheel each time. Overall this program has saved me time and money. Reporting options and reporting formatting need improvement; Otherwise, not much to dislike; a few quirks (default tabs that I wish I could change, a little bit more intuitive way to bill multiple parties or different parties in a matter, allocating a single time entry to multiple lawyers).
