Coralogix Overview

What is Coralogix?

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership by up to 70%. Coralogix stands out for its simple pricing model, based solely on data volume ingested and retained, and offers free, fast customer support with less than 30 second response time and 1 hour resolution time. Our platform covers the entire range of observability with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all streamlined for quick integration and immediate value. Components within the stream store the system state to provide stateful insights and real-time alerting without ever needing to index the data — so there are never any trade-offs to achieve observability. Once ingested, parsed, and enriched, data is written remotely to an archive bucket controlled by the client. The archive can be queried directly at any time, from the platform UI or via CLI, giving users infinite retention with full control over, and access to, their data. View and query your data from any dashboard using any syntax. Coralogix has successfully completed relevant security and privacy compliances by BDO including GDPR, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, and ISO 27001/27701.

Coralogix is a stateful streaming data platform that provides real-time insights and long-term trend analysis with no reliance on storage or indexing, solving the monitoring challenges of data growth in large scale systems.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Traditional data management and analysis solutions index and store data before performing any analysis, making observability expensive, reactive, and hard to scale.

Coralogix is the only solution on the market that uses stateful streaming to analyze your log, metrics, tracing, and security data before indexing and storing to give you faster, more reliable insights. By proactively prioritizing data storage, Coralogix enables up to 70% savings on monitoring costs in addition to improving system visibility.

What do you like best about Coralogix?

I like how easy it was to get started. The documentation is clear, and integration with my Node.js application went smoothly. The dashboards are user-friendly, and I can easily track logs and traces in one place.

The most helpful part is how everything is centralized. I can search logs, monitor performance, and set alerts without jumping between tools. It saves time and helps me quickly spot and fix issues. Their support was also responsive when I had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Some advanced features took a bit of time to understand, especially around custom queries and alerting fully. It would be helpful to have more beginner-friendly examples for those. The UI can initially feel slightly overwhelming if you're new to observability platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had a legacy setup on AWS ECS with CloudFormation, and a lot of things required manual intervention. With Coralogix and their helpful customer support team, I was able to fully automate the setup using Terraform. Now we can deploy logs, metrics, and traces without any manual steps, which saves a lot of time, reduces human error, and speeds up our development and monitoring processes.

Coralogix has helped us modernize our observability pipeline. We’ve eliminated manual steps in log and trace setup, improved visibility into our services, and made monitoring more reliable and scalable. This has directly contributed to faster debugging, better system reliability, and smoother deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coralogix?

Setting the technology aside (which is fantastic, btw) we were looking for a long term, strategic partner to help us grow our Observability practices. Coralogix has stepped into that role in a huge way, and we are just starting our journey.

As we have onboarded, migrated from a previous provider, consolidated multiple tools to one open source standard with no vendor lock in, oriented teams, provided training & webinars, and technical expertise all the way to "hands on keyboard" -- the relationship has been amazing.

We are on the fast track to unlocking Business Value from Observability practices, and in a world where ROI is all that matters, we can't wait for what's next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Our challenges have not been with Coralogix, they have been with some of the capabilities of OTEL. With that being said, the open source nature of the OTEL community allowed us to raise our concerns and those concerns were met with the desire to "find it and fix it". We will run into issues like this and it's great to get them solved by the owners of the product.

There sure is something to be said about the community approach to software development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

No one cares about Observability — this was a conversation I had. What businesses do care about is how we can better our customers' bottom line and experience. By ensuring our Observability practices are built around the customer experience we can strengthen reliability and protect uptime, focusing always on the customer. Coralogix enables us to do that. What do you like best about Coralogix?

I've been using Coralogix for logging and tracing in my Node.js apps, and honestly, it's been a game-changer. It integrates so smoothly with my stack, and the real-time logs and traces make it so much easier to find issues and optimize performance. The dashboard is super intuitive, and the alerting system is solid—I don’t have to worry about missing important errors or performance problems

It’s just made the whole troubleshooting process way more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Yeah, I totally get that. Setting up Coralogix, especially when you’re trying to integrate it with custom-built Node.js apps, can be a bit of a hassle at first. There are a lot of options and configurations to get through, so it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yeah, exactly. Coralogix really tackles the whole chaos of log management and monitoring, especially when you're dealing with complex Node.js apps with a bunch of microservices or distributed systems. Keeping track of everything across different logs and environments can get messy fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coralogix?

We’ve been using Coralogix for a long time now, and it has been a game-changer for our log management and observability. From day one, the UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, with almost a negligible learning curve. It’s a breath of fresh air for teams looking to get up and running quickly without spending hours on training.

One of the standout features for us is how well Coralogix scales to meet our growing needs. Whether it's a small project or a large-scale system, it has performed seamlessly and continues to support our expanding infrastructure. The platform’s robust set of tools has made it incredibly easy to track logs and monitor systems without any hiccups.

Coralogix also integrates effortlessly with PagerDuty, allowing us to set up alerts for any application and ensuring that we're notified of any issues immediately. This has been invaluable for staying proactive and addressing problems before they escalate.

Another key feature I appreciate is the SQL-like querying structure, which makes the platform super intuitive for our software developers. It allows us to dig deep into logs and get the information we need with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

While it is good for a large scale organization like ours. it might be a little expensive for small enterprises.

While Coralogix generally performs well, there are occasional delays when querying very large datasets. Depending on the complexity of the logs and queries, this can sometimes lead to slower-than-expected results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps make logs a first class entity for an application and hence is helping developer find/optimize potential issues in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
