Initial setup and schema configuration can be a bit complex for new users, and documentation could be more detailed in some areas. While support is responsive, some answers could be more technical. Also, pricing can get steep as log volume scales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it was to get started. The documentation is clear, and integration with my Node.js application went smoothly. The dashboards are user-friendly, and I can easily track logs and traces in one place.
The most helpful part is how everything is centralized. I can search logs, monitor performance, and set alerts without jumping between tools. It saves time and helps me quickly spot and fix issues. Their support was also responsive when I had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some advanced features took a bit of time to understand, especially around custom queries and alerting fully. It would be helpful to have more beginner-friendly examples for those. The UI can initially feel slightly overwhelming if you're new to observability platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coralogix can be tricky to learn at first, with a confusing pricing model and technical search syntax. If not set up well, alerts can get noisy and dashboards may feel a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting the technology aside (which is fantastic, btw) we were looking for a long term, strategic partner to help us grow our Observability practices. Coralogix has stepped into that role in a huge way, and we are just starting our journey.
As we have onboarded, migrated from a previous provider, consolidated multiple tools to one open source standard with no vendor lock in, oriented teams, provided training & webinars, and technical expertise all the way to "hands on keyboard" -- the relationship has been amazing.
We are on the fast track to unlocking Business Value from Observability practices, and in a world where ROI is all that matters, we can't wait for what's next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our challenges have not been with Coralogix, they have been with some of the capabilities of OTEL. With that being said, the open source nature of the OTEL community allowed us to raise our concerns and those concerns were met with the desire to "find it and fix it". We will run into issues like this and it's great to get them solved by the owners of the product.
There sure is something to be said about the community approach to software development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s just made the whole troubleshooting process way more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yeah, I totally get that. Setting up Coralogix, especially when you’re trying to integrate it with custom-built Node.js apps, can be a bit of a hassle at first. There are a lot of options and configurations to get through, so it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additionally, Coralogix offers exceptional customer support, with a responsive and knowledgeable team that ensures a smooth user experience. There’s little to dislike about Coralogix, as it offers a feature-rich and efficient observability solution. However, new users may need some time to explore its full capabilities due to the platform’s depth. Additionally, while its cost-optimization model is effective, organizations with high data volumes should plan their usage accordingly. That said, Coralogix continuously improves its platform, and its excellent customer support ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve been using Coralogix for a long time now, and it has been a game-changer for our log management and observability. From day one, the UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, with almost a negligible learning curve. It’s a breath of fresh air for teams looking to get up and running quickly without spending hours on training.
One of the standout features for us is how well Coralogix scales to meet our growing needs. Whether it's a small project or a large-scale system, it has performed seamlessly and continues to support our expanding infrastructure. The platform’s robust set of tools has made it incredibly easy to track logs and monitor systems without any hiccups.
Coralogix also integrates effortlessly with PagerDuty, allowing us to set up alerts for any application and ensuring that we're notified of any issues immediately. This has been invaluable for staying proactive and addressing problems before they escalate.
Another key feature I appreciate is the SQL-like querying structure, which makes the platform super intuitive for our software developers. It allows us to dig deep into logs and get the information we need with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it is good for a large scale organization like ours. it might be a little expensive for small enterprises.
While Coralogix generally performs well, there are occasional delays when querying very large datasets. Depending on the complexity of the logs and queries, this can sometimes lead to slower-than-expected results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
