I like how is it easy to configure. You can easily reset or delete passwords for a user profile. Citrix picks up the profile from end user local desktop. Everything is pretty much similar to local desktop.

Sometimes it gets real slow. It takes a lot of time to load user profile. Microsfot log-ins have been messing in the citrix workspace recently too.

It should be more fast.

Sometimes if a user is using excel, his process gets stuck in any of citrix servers. We have to manually disconnect the user in order for him to work.

We have to run citrix cleanup app to remove all processes running in background if citrix gets stuck.
