What do you like best about Citrix DaaS?
I am using Citrix for remote work.
I can connect to the office computer from my home, and this is incredibly critical during the pandemic period.

What do you like best about Citrix DaaS?
Citrix Virtual App and Desktop is the leading VDI solution that offers excellent performance with its own native ICA/HDX Protocol. If we compare the performance of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop with its major competitors like Amazon Workspace or Microsoft Virtual Desktops that works with RDP protocol, Citrix ICA/HDX protocol has much better performance with session reliability and low bandwidth performance. Furthermore, Citrix has different machine provisioning services including MCS and PVS which makes it easy to provision VDI with custom images in bulk. It comes with great features that could be easily configured to provide great end user VDI experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Citrix DaaS?
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop is although a great VDI solution with great performance, it is tough to troubleshoot some issues sometimes. A simple VDI registration issue could be due to multiple reasons and it could give you a hard time figuring what exactly is causing the issue. However, Citrix Knowledge base is a great resource that helps with troubleshooting most known Citrix issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Citrix DaaS?
I often have to manage clients in virtual workspaces, and Citrix is a very helpful tool to do so. Other apps tend to drop clients when in the "tunnel ", but rarely have this problem since we've been using Citrix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Citrix DaaS?
Sometimes two factor authentication can be a bit of a pain when a client insists they can't retrieve their PIN or whatnot on the management side. But overall, really like using this app . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It needs a high-speed internet connection; otherwise, it will not be possible to work on it.
A sudden drop in internet speed/ping issues can log out the user unexpectedly
