413 Capsule CRM Reviews

The #1 reason I chose Capsule is because of the company culture and values, as communicated primarily on the website. It's most important to me that I'm working with a team I trust, who has shared values, and I can't say about any other option. Their support team is personable and responsive.
Capsule CRM is a simple account-based CRM. The simplicity is great because it's easy to get started. I was up and running on the first day. There are multiple pipelines to support our different workflows, and an integration with an affiliated marketing software (Transpond) that just works out of the box. Tasks and tracks make it easy to remember who to follow up with. The ability to keep track of active projects and associate multiple opportunities with a single account or contact mean both sales and account management can use this tool to track an account relationship through its entire lifecycle. The features in Capsule CRM are basic. I really do miss HubSpot for how much I could do with it. But what Capsule does do it does very well and simply, and it checks the boxes we really needed without the complexity that larger options bring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capsule CRM is an excellent tool for your contacts. Navigating it was very easy for me even though I haven't used a similar platform ever before. Now I frequently use it every day in my work and I'm very satisfied. I also want to mention its integration to Transpond, which was seamless for me. Since I am a marketing specialist, Transpond is a must for creating mailing lists and launching email marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Capsule CRM is great as it is, so far I haven't found anything I disliked about it. Possibly the integration would be easier if you could choose which segment you want to import to Transpond, and not all of your existing contacts in Capsule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had several different pieces of software including an email marketing system and a couple others that was making out our CRM system and we wanted to move all this under one roof. Capsule was very easy to move over to, we wanted to tailor it to our business and they helped a lot with that in terms of customisable datatags and custom fields etc... The import was very simple as well. We are really enjoying using it, particularly for the Sales Pipeline and Tracks making life a lot easier in terms of task allocation and distribution. We are also using Transpond, the email marketing platform that has a direct integration with Capsule, and this has been great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Organisation vs Contact can sometimes get a little confusing purely because we are using organisations as client families. Also that fact that you can automatically move someone from the Sales Pipeline to a Project Board when won is great, but it would be beneficial to also be able to automatically move Projects between Projects Boards when tasks are completed. We have been using Capsule at work for over 7 years on a daily basis and have always found it easy to use.
It only recently occurred to me to download it to help manage the rest of my life!
I probably don't use all the features it has to offer, but what I do use suits me and helps organise my work and life.
We did have a technical issue a few months ago but it was dealt with quickly and with care - I ended up on a video call with 2 members of the team including the technical lead, who acknowledged another suggestion I'd previously made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This isn't a fault of the system but I feel I could make more use of all the functionality it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using CapsuleCRM in my businesses and projects for almost 10 years now. I consider it one of the best products in its niche, in the world.
Easy and intuitive to use. We use it daily, and the task & workflow automation features are the most valuable to us.
Support over the years have been fast and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really.
Complicated and decision-tree based workflows would be great, and we would use it, but I don't think this is what CapsuleCRM set out to do.
For relatively simple, sequential workflows it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capsule is super simple to use and helps me to organise my workload without having to manually chase 100 things over a million different tasks. Capsule is an absolute game changer to removing unessacary paperwork and manual reminders. This automates tasks and has a great solution for driving sales through our internall processes without having to chase staff members throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Capsule doesn't link to Shopify sadly to manage customer order flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Capsule CRM for many years. I use it every day, and it keeps my business organized, with next task lists, sales pipeline and customized fields. It is easy to use, yet has many powerful features. I was able to set it up quickly and the learning curve was very quick. Customer support has been friendly, quick and accurate. I have also connected Capsule CRM to my email programs and web form software, and it is working flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the basic plan, I would like to see more email templates included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to set up and the free version allows you to try before you buy. You can create a good range of bespoke fields - enough to let you see if it will work.
I have recommended and implemented it with a number of clients, particularly those who provide consultancy-type services. It's used, not only as a a traditional CRM for sales, but the magic is in the project boards. They are used to manage the client delivery teams and projects, so associates/employees are also contacts. And you can create separate fields to gather information that is relevant only to them, so they don't clutter up the standard prospect, lead and client fields.
One client has boards for project delivery, recruitment and training courses.
We build a variety of 'tracks' or actions to make sure that all tasks are completed on each project or when recruiting to ensure consistent delivery.
You can bring in project managers on a restricted user account that gives them access to their project and nothing else and then swap them out once the project has been completed.
Customer support is excellent, even on the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, some of the reporting is limited, so for example, you can't run a report to show which associates are on which open projects which is slightly frustrating as it would be really helpful to have that functionality to manage resource planning more effectively.
But it has been logged as a request, so hopefully one day the functionality will be there.
And there is relatively limited use of the automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's just straightforward to use. It makes it so much easier for us to keep track of our sales pipelines and to make sure nothing is being lost. It has good link up to email and the comms platform we use (Just Call) has an integration so we can call and text from within Capsule and automatically log any interactions... this makes it so much easier to kep everything up to date. Good customer support too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nit picking perhaps... but I would like to be able to send from a Gmail alias address. (I believe the issue is more at Google's end that at Capsule's though.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Over the years I have used so many different CRM's but never Implemented one myself from scratch for a company. I've looked at so many over the last 12 months and the others did not seem to work how we needed it to work. At the time we were using Trello, it was not working for us.
The Sales and Support Teams have been very helpfull throughout the whole experience. Harry was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and helpful. Has several video calls whilst he was helping me get to grips with Capsule. Once I started using Capsule and learning all the new parts to it, I was constantly asking support for help. Every time I received a resply the help has been outstanding. From email replies explaining how something is done to videos showing me how to do the task I'm stuck with.
Capsule is really easy to use, you just need to take the time to take it in. There are so many helpful links to help you do things yourself.
I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying what I have experienced so far, so much more to learn and do.
It has made a massive difference to our Sales / Support team and everyone is pleased with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not come across many things yet that I don't like.
There are a couple of suggestion / feature requests I have mentioned and hopefully they get thought about just to make the customer journey a little easier.
One thing that has niggled me a little is the Files, when you link emails up to Capsule and you have a logo on the emails, its saving those as files. So I have had to add in email signatures that have to logo and don't look at good as they would when getting sent from Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
