What do you like best about Allego?

Allego is one of the best decisions our organization ever made. Our team loves Allego's easy-to-use interface and having access to relevant selling materials on demand when they need it. The added benefit is creating and sharing Digital Sales Rooms with our customers. Digital Sales Rooms have provided us with an entirely new value-added benefit in the marketplace. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Allego, finding selling materials was a nightmare. Also, sharing information was done using email, and it wasn't an effective way to communicate with a customer. Allego has changed that. Now, our team has instant, just-in-time access to selling material, videos, and training in one easy-to-use location. We also expanded the use of Digital Sales Rooms to use them as landing pages for promotional and marketing promotions. Allego has added an entirely new dimension to our business. What do you dislike about Allego?

One of the main drawbacks of the Allego platform is that it doesn’t house all of my company’s education tools, which makes it less efficient as a centralized learning resource. Having to switch between multiple platforms can disrupt the learning flow and reduce overall engagement. It is a fantastic place to woodshed sales pitches and an agents ability to riff and stay on topic without the risks of it being a meeting with clients. What do you like best about Allego?

Allego’s conversation intelligence platform allows me as a busy Sales Leader to get quicker insights into deals my reps are working, enables us to share best practices across a growing team, and it’s coaching features means we can accelerate how quickly our new hires get up to speed. We also use their Digital Sales Rooms which are not just easy for our team to create and customise, but are helping us accelerate deals with accounts which have notoriously been difficult to break into. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, I would have very little visibility into the sales conversations my team were having, particularly challenging with a remote team. It made coaching difficult, as so much was reliant on filtered feedback and deal reviews and meant I couldn’t react quicker to help the team with obstacles they were facing. Allego gives me the rapid insight into their conversations to helps me act quicker and with data. We also had challenges ramping and onboarding new hires. Now new hires can simply go into Allego and binge watch best practice calls from different stages of the sales cycle, to enable them to become proficient on talk tracks, common objections, and competitive positioning. We also used to have a problem keeping our prospects engaged following on from meeting them. We often didn’t know how engaged they were in deals or which stakeholders were making decisions behind the scenes. Allego’s Digital Sales Rooms helps us do much more effective ‘meeting follow up’, as well as give our team insights into buyer intent and engagement. What do you like best about Allego?

I find that the ease of use along with its user friendly interface make this a great information resource. The ability to quickly impliment customer presentations for specific customers and then easily integrate that into a sales meeting is incredibly useful in a day when business has to be able to move quickly. I also really like the metrics that are offered in that we have the ability to track who has been accessing it. This allows us to know how effective and how frequently the information we are sharing is being used by our customers. What do you dislike about Allego?

For me I think the biggest downside is there is almost too much it can do so it can get a little overwhelming to try to wrap my brain around everything. I think having some simple training videos for beginners to help get started would be great. What do you like best about Allego?

Allego helps me quickly find clinical data, videos, training, and see what can be shared vs internal only. I like receiving the detailed notification that my customer has opened the link. I use it quite frequently on phone and laptop for the latest messaging. Easy to implement interface and have yet to need customer support, though easy to obtain. A lot of basic features are kept from users by default- most analytics, creating your own folders and subfolders outside of the taxonomy you set initially, or designing anything outside of the specific framework they set. What do you like best about Allego?

The platform is quite open for automating learning processes and providing relevant content in a clear and easy way. It is important to build the foundations correctly to reap the benefits. More feature are introduced frequently and the biggest advantage is the reporting and stats. It has a heavy emphasis on video based content but is not limited to it. The platform setup for organizational needs presents some complexity. While customer support is helpful, they may not be adequately trained to consult on achieving specific objectives. Due to Allego's non-traditional LMS positioning, some standard features are absent. Furthermore, it lacks a strong emphasis on gamification, a widely adopted trend in Learning and Development.
