Our document management has improved tremendously in the company since using Zoho Docs, which previously had a big problem with file organization. The learning curve is certainly there, particularly if you're attempting to do sophisticated logic or draw in information from multiple related records. Previously, creating and editing documents was prone to so many errors. Doing those tasks manually is a lot of work and very time-consuming. Now, with the collaboration of Conga, I am able to generate any form including memos automatically with one click on Salesforce which reduces errors and improves turnaround time. The only downside I would say was getting the team familiar with how to utilize a PowerPoint add-on and realize it's connected to the slide library in SharePoint along with they won't edit the original content. Filehold document management system does not have suitable mobile application which limits the accessibility and convenience of the software. With that in terms of security roles and permissions it is complex and can be confusing which could cause data risk to the company. In addition to that it does not have user friendly workflow designer which makes it harder to create and customize workflows based on business needs and requirements. Mostly it is beneficial to the organization to centrally store the archive data files and documents which could be easily accessible and securing those based on the internal compliance and policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current version of iManage IMCC is outdated and no longer meets the evolving needs of our legal and IT teams. It lacks the flexibility found in newer tools. Its limited functionality can create bottlenecks, especially as our workflows become more complex. Upgrading or replacing IMCC would make it easier for IT to perform admin level tasks. Repository Upload – Room for Improvement

While Summize has many strong features, the repository upload process needs refinement. When I tried to upload all our documents (over 1 million), the system didn’t automatically filter out non-contracts, duplicates, or outdated files. Unfortunately, this meant I had to manually sort through the entire set, which was time-consuming and could have been streamlined with smarter document filtering or classification tools. As a legal department of one, efficiency is everything and Summize has been a game-changer. Its intuitive interface, powerful AI review tools, and smart automation features have dramatically reduced the time I spend on contract review and management. Overtime Hyland Software has lost focus and many features that were promised 5 years ago have yet to be delivered. Unity Forms for example, as great as they are, do not display on mobile devices.
