Frustrating or fine depending on the day

The mobile app while not perfect has allowed us to cut down on paper waste which is always nice. It also allows the field technicians to get real time updates regarding changes to their daily schedule. It should be noted, however, that the mobile app does not function very well if you are out of 4G or Wifi range. Also, there is a very minor learning curve with Servsuite. It is not difficult for a new user to become familiar enough with the software for basic/non administrative use.

ServSuite-Serving Me Daily

ServSuite is very user-friendly and offers a ton of options within the software itself. For example, we use an independent mapping software, but ServSuite offers a mapping software within as well which we will be switching to in the future.
