The best part of Kantata is that even without full use of all the features, we were able to get quick business insights via the default insights report from the Deploy implementation process and develop our own custom reports to fit our business needs. It is a great daily tool for our PS team to utilize for capacity planning, project management, time tracking, and more! Additionally, between the community, training courses, and knowledge base there are plenty of resources to be able to learn how something works or best best to utilize the features. While I have only had one question that I used for the customer support portal for, the answer was quick and detailed making me feel confident in the team ability to answer more complex concerns or questions in the future.
