Most flexible Chatbot Platform I experienced
I like the combination of LowCode and ProCode as well as integrations of variety of tools available to build RAG-based Chatbots quickly. The UI is intuitive and easy to understand. I think the USP of Botpress is that it has the capability to scale within Companies and reach all rooms of the house (from Citizen Devs to Pro Devs) and has a great impact to deliver GenAI Chatbots to boost productivity as well as generate value for everyone.
