Simple, one-stop-shop, for managing action plans and resources

I like that Accord provides a framework for mutual action plans that are easy to edit and share with customers. I also really like that it can serve as a repository for evaluation materials, so that it is easy to access materials for my team as well as for my customers.

Great sales, onboarding tool!

Our team has greatly benefitted since we've started using Accord to organize our customer onboardings. It's brought much needed structure and collaboration to our process. As a result, our onboarding team routinely receives top reviews from customers about the experience, organization, and communication. Further down the life cycle, our customer team finds it beneficial to be able to review notes for customer goals and configuration settings that were established and noted here. Lastly, the entire Accord team has been phenomenal to work with. Their quick and responsive whenever help is needed.

Simple, reliable account‑plan hub that produces results

Accord lets me build crystal‑clear mutual action plans in minutes, then track every milestone, file, and stakeholder in one uncluttered workspace; the open API also allowed me to automate the creation of account plans from other tools in my workflow. The people at Accord are fantastic. Top notch group of people to partner with. From the sales process, onboarding and throughout our time as a customer we've always been well taken care of.
