I’ve used all the major fitness studio software platforms over the years, and I’ve been with WellnessLiving for a few years now. Hands down, it’s the easiest and most user-friendly system I’ve worked with. The layout is super modern and intuitive, which makes a big difference when you’re in it every day.
One of my favorite features is that you can message clients directly from within the platform- this has been huge for us in keeping communication organized and consistent!!! The reporting is really solid and easy to pull what you need, and our clients love how simple the app is to use on their end :). We have been using Wellness Living for around 3 years now and it works so well for our Fitness and Dance studio. It is easy to operate for both staff and clients, through our website or App and it is constantly being updated with new features and improvements. We can tailor our class packages and payments very easily to suit our all our different membership offerings, and also aids the administration of our staff and instructors salaries etc.
Wellness Living also provides a vast range of different reports that are invaluable in helping us assess our ongoing performance and also plan our future strategies.

I’ve been using Wellness Living for 5 months now for my new fitness studio. The on boarding was thorough and even though I may have forgotten some of the information I was able to ask questions in their chat which is always available. This has been a life saver for me! There is so much to learn and having that at my finger tips never leaves me feeling lost. If I’ve had issues or questions I’ve gotten responses right away from my account manager and staff. I love that they offer webinars on various subjects to learn and grow which I do take advantage of. I also love that they are constantly upgrading and updating the software based on client input. I own Ease Wellness in Memphis, TN. We swapped from Mindbody to WellnessLiving in 2023 and it has been the best thing for our business. We use it everyday! The system is so user friendly for business owners, but more importantly customers. Their white label app is amazing and worth every penny it costs. They have so many automated emails and marketing templates that you can use to grow your business. Their reports and tracking information is better than any software we have used. Their reporting doesn't give the exact information I'm looking for with my KPI's, but to be fair I have an extensive excel document I use for that. Plus I am able to use their reports to workaround and get the KPI I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been working with wellness living for 2.5 years now providing us with our system and it has been amazing (migrating from mindbody). The quality of their work is impeccable and their customer service are always available to help & support in all ways possible. Wellnessliving is a very cost-effective way to manage customer information securely, accept payments, manage schedules, teachers, working hours, calendars, classes, private events, appointments and more. The biggest challenge with Wellnessliving is that you need a very tech-savvy member of your team to manage this program's setup and the ever-evolving features, updates and changes that are made at every sprint.
