What do you like best about Trello?

I particularly enjoy Trello's user-friendliness — its drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive and makes managing tasks straightforward and visual. The ease of implementation is also a bonus, with little setup required to get started using it. I also enjoy the ease of integration with other tools like Slack and Google Drive for integrated workflows. Plus, the customer support team is responsive when I've had questions. What do you dislike about Trello?

While there are numerous features in Trello, the number of features sometimes takes a backseat to other project management applications in higher-level project tracking. The frequency of use decreases when higher-level functions are needed because it does not natively support all types of project methodologies. Additionally, some integrations would be more graceful, which impacts the overall ease of integration in some workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trello?

After five years of use, Trello remains one of the most user-friendly and visually intuitive project management tools I’ve worked with. The drag-and-drop Kanban board style makes it effortless to organize tasks and workflows, whether for solo projects or team collaboration. I also appreciate how it has steadily improved with features like templates, calendar views, and power-ups that adapt to both simple and complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

While Trello is excellent for organizing and visualizing tasks, it can become cluttered when managing larger or more detailed projects. Also, some advanced functionality (like timeline or Gantt views) requires paid add-ons or upgrades, which may be limiting for teams on a tight budget. Native reporting tools are still a bit basic compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trello?

It allows me to add collaborators, sort my boards, add due dates, notes for each item, and assign labels (plus more). All in all, it's a very useful tool for organization and communication on collaborative tasks with your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The templates are a little difficult to edit and customize - it would be nice if these were editable and customizable. Another cool thing would be to integrate due dates or things into a calendar! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is intuitive and wonderful of it, does offer best service to users whenever user required help any time.

Trello effortlessely helps and manage the onboard tasks and the workflow in one place, and does allow for team and projects collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

For large scale work management, the tools are not appropriate in the basic version of the software. And also sometimes with heavy data processing or multiple tasks under process the workflow speed gets affected and even lags a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trello?

- Trello is really easy to use and implement.

- You can create your required lanes / columns according to your project needs (eg. To Do, In progress, On-Hold,Done etc.)

- Once the required setup of lanes is done, you can simply start using it regularly, and move your cards / tasks in the appropriate lanes (eg. in progress).

- In each card you can add required people as viewers, so that they can get email notifications, Lables, you could add comments, add some description, checklist, bullet points etc according to your project needs.

- If you face any issues, you could get in touch with the trello support team, for quick resolution of your queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
