What do you like best about Tabs3 Software?

Tabs3 Billing is mostly user friendly, and users seem to like the Tabs3Connect option for keeping time. I like the customization of billing templates. The report features are nice, and we like that they can be exported. I have found the support team to be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs3 Software?

I think the renumbering option for timekeepers is very frustrating. I understand they want to sell more licenses, but if they would put a dated feature on renumbering, this could solve for that, but they seem to want to keep up charging firms with their current practice. While it offers the same features and functionality, it has more flexible and scalable pricing based on Active User licenses. And it provides seamless access to your data from anywhere. What do you like best about Tabs3 Software?

Tabs3 is very easy to use. Our firm has used Tabs3 for well over a decade. Training new employees on the system is a breeze and the implementation and integration with our daily work processes. We use Tabs3 daily. The number of features it offers is mindblowing! Also, at any point that we need additional guidance on how to fix an error or customize aspects of the program, Tabs3's customer service is absolutely above and beyond! They are fast to answer our calls, prompt to walk us through how to do what we need done, and always very kind. The employees at Tabs3 truly make us feel valued as customers. With our billing, we are easily able to input our costs and print our invoices at the end of each month. In the legal case management area, we can quickly input new notes, tasks, and goals as needed. A great resource for discovering the purpose of the reports and the type of output they provide is the online help topics, which are launched through the blue question mark icon in the menu. When you are on a report you have a question about, try using this resource; the first paragraph explains the report in more detail.

What do you like best about Tabs3 Software?

Support. The gold standard for software support. If all other software companies had support like Tabs3Software you would never see or hear people complaining about software. You call Tabs3Software, they are there with an answer. Otherwise they will call you back in less than 10 minutes. Unlike other companies that let the phone ring, put you on hold listening to elevator music and do not have a clue what you are talking about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Tabs billing software for the last 10 years. I find it easy to use. Customer Service is very good and they take there time. For a small law firm Tabs is very good and has the reports that you need to run a firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
