What do you like best about MoeGo?
We love the personalization of MoeGo, from the employees to the clients. It's easy for people to use & get use to. We don't answer calls as much & saves so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MoeGo?
I would suggest the online booking be a little more specific, if clients could choose their groomer & find appointments for that specific person. Also, if we could limit people to booking with specific people, like in weight or not taking new clients for each groomer.
If they had an unlimited SMS plan, that would be wonderful as well. I find I'm spending an extra $100 on SMS a month which is quiet expensive. If they could just have an unlimited plan & charge me $150 instead of $93, that would be better for us personally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
