As Release Train Engineer I use iObeya for visualizing everything we do in our Agile Release Train. It's a great application for visuallizing all the work that needs to be planned during PI Planning and PI execution. With iObeya we can share this information easiliy with allo stakeholders and iObeya facilitates hyrbide working. I can;t do my work as an RTE without iObeya also because it has an interface with Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A very efficient visual management platform to monitor KPIs in daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Easy escalation to top level and easy de-escalation as well if KPIs are properly consolidated.
Possibility to obtain a graphical/tabular overview on weekly/monthly/quarterly performance
Good platform to share business ideas with various teams (Brian storming), perform 5 why analysis using Ishikawa etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-There are few bugs in the web application (actions take longer time to be saved if the graphical and tabular row exists,)
-The application tends to be slower when the weekly KPIS have alot of actions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tool for communication, collaborative, simple, and visual. Very simple in its implementation. An interesting agility in the schedules to be able to adapt to the needs of the clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The performance tracking of actions in a plan (results, Pareto indicators of causes...) seems too light to me. The graphs of the SQCD indicators (lack of parameters, colors...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy way to start up and provide suffisant info to share easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to say, may be the first step to explain to user how it work
Nevertheless after a first ux it's suffisant to kick start the adoption of iobeya Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots a use cases covered, from the most simple ones like a whiteboards to full Lean processes.
The customer team also is very supportive from the very start, to offer insightful resources, demos and training sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first glance, not the most user-friendly interface. People can feel overwhelmed by all the options offered.
Further support can be needed, but the customer/support team is up to the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
